摘要： Micro-electromechanical (MEMS) contact configuration is disclosed, comprising a static contact with at least one contact surface and a movable contact with at least one corresponding contact surface. Particularly flat contact surfaces and correspondingly low contact resistance can be achieved, if at least one contact surface plane is formed by a crystal plane of the wafer. Furthermore a method for manufacturing such a contact configuration is proposed, wherein the contact surfaces are obtained by wet anisotropic etching of a silicon wafer, if need be preceded by appropriate masking to expose the to be edged regions only, if need be followed by coating with an electrically conductive layer, e.g., a metal layer.

To provide: an electrical member provided with an electrical contact formed on a base body, in which the electrical contact has a carbon nanotube structure having a network structure constructed by mutually cross-linking functional groups bonded to multiple carbon nanotubes through chemical bonding of the functional groups together; an electrical device employing the electrical member; and a method of manufacturing an electrical member including the steps of: supplying a base body surface with a solution containing multiple carbon nanotubes to which multiple functional groups are bonded; and mutually cross-linking the multiple carbon nanotubes through chemical bonding of the multiple functional groups together to construct a network structure constituting a carbon nanotube structure as an electrical contact.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for forming a printed circuit film in a waterproof keyboard. A circuit layer and an insulation layer are provided. The circuit layer has a plurality of contacts and circuits electrically connected to the contacts. The contacts are located respectively corresponding to keys of a keyboard. The circuits are located respectively corresponding to the contacts. Then, the circuit layer is folded and then the insulation layer is interleaved between the folded circuit layer. Thereafter, the insulation layer is laminated with the circuit layer.

摘要： A contact material, a shaped article or contact piece and a process for producing a shaped article from a contact material based on silver, include forming a powder mixture from silver and a metal oxide, and metallurgically processing the powder to form the shaped article with the metal oxide being reduced to metal. Since metal oxide powders are obtainable with a very much smaller particle size than metal powders, it is possible to obtain a contact material with a mean particle size of the metal incorporated as an active component of less than 1 .mu.m. Such a contact material has particularly favorable switching properties as a result of the fine particle size.
