The external terminals include a high-potential power supply terminal coupled to a high-potential power supply, a low-potential power supply terminal coupled to a low-potential power supply, a clocking signal terminal used at least for controlling the clocking circuit, and a functional signal terminal used for controlling the functional circuit, the functional signal terminal is arranged outside the high-potential power supply terminal, the low-potential power supply terminal, and the clocking signal terminal in a direction in which the external terminals are arranged, and the real-time clock device further includes a switching circuit that switches between a state in which the functional signal terminal and the functional circuit are coupled and a state in which the functional signal terminal and the functional circuit are not coupled.

The temperature compensation circuit supplies the temperature compensation voltage as the capacitance control voltage to the first variable capacitance circuit, and the frequency control circuit supplies the frequency control voltage as the capacitance control voltage to the second variable capacitance circuit.

The obverse surface of the vibrating arm part has an obverse side exposure part from which the weight metal film and the electrode film are removed, and from which the piezoelectric plate is exposed. A whole of the obverse side exposure part overlaps the reverse side exposure part at a distance from the electrode film on the reverse surface viewed from a thickness direction of the piezoelectric plate.

摘要： An oscillator is provided. The oscillator includes two reverse amplification elements, and each of the reverse amplification elements forms a self-feedback structure by using an inductor. Additionally or alternatively, a switch control bootstrap pulse may be provided to the VCO circuitry that is bootstrapped to (e.g., applied instantaneously or concurrently with) switching the VCO circuitry to the new mode. After a time duration, the VCO circuitry may switch back to a steady-state voltage (e.g., used to maintain the new mode).

摘要： Example oscillators and oscillator-based apparatus are described. One example oscillator includes: a resonant circuit, configured to generate an oscillator signal; a first cross-coupled transistor, coupled to the resonant circuit; and a power supply circuit, configured to supply a power supply signal for the first cross-coupled transistor based on a first voltage and a second voltage, where the first voltage is a power supply voltage, and the second voltage is a voltage generated by an external sensing circuit. Because an oscillation frequency of the oscillator changes with the power supply signal of the oscillator, the oscillation frequency of the oscillator can be compensated by adjusting the power supply signal.
