    • A socket includes a substantially rectangular columnar socket body made of an insulating material and the socket body including a connection recess portion defined on one surface thereof. Side walls opposed to each other in a transverse direction and lead-out pathways formed in the side walls. The socket further includes a plurality of socket contact members arranged side by side within the connection recess portion along a longitudinal direction. One-end portions of the socket contact members extend through the lead-out pathways and protruding outwards beyond an outer surface of at least one of the side walls of the socket body. The socket body includes a depression portion formed on the side wall through which the socket contact members protrude and the depression portion being formed at least around the socket contact members.

    • An illumination lighting device is provided with: a power converter circuit having a configuration in which an input terminal to which a power supply can be connected and an output terminal to which a load circuit including at least a lamp can be connected are galvanically insulated, and having a power regulating function required by the lamp; output detection means which is provided at the output terminal of the power converter circuit and has first current detection means and second current detection means; and a control circuit for regulating the output of the power converter circuit based on a result of detection performed by the output detection means, wherein one end of the output of the power converter circuit is connected to one end of the load circuit via the first current detection means, one end of an input of the power converter circuit is connected to the one end of the load circuit via the second current detection means, the output detection means has the result of the detection which is a synthesized signal of detection outputs of the first current detection means and the second current detection means, a current pathway, through which a ground-fault current flows from the one end of the input of the power converter circuit to the one end of the output of the power converter circuit via the first current detection means and the second current detection means, is formed when a ground fault occurs at a load terminal of the load circuit, and a detection signal of the first current detection means and a detection signal of the second current detection means that result from the ground-fault current are of additive polarities.

    • A vibratory linear actuator includes a stator with a magnetic pole surface, a movable member with a magnetic pole surface, an electromagnet arranged in one of the stator and the movable member, a permanent magnet arranged in the other of the stator and the movable member and a support unit for movably supporting the movable member so that the magnetic pole surface of the electromagnet can oppose the magnetic pole surface with a gap left therebetween. The actuator is designed to vibrate the movable member by supplying an electric current to the electromagnet. The support unit includes a fixed portion to be fixed to a housing for accommodating the actuator, and the stator is configured to be fixed to the support unit as the support unit is fixed to the housing.
