摘要： Disclosed herein are carbon black surface-modified with benzene compound of Formula 1 described in the specification and a carbon black dispersion composition for a black matrix using the carbon black. The carbon black dispersion composition uses carbon black surface-modified with the benzene compound of Formula 1, or about 0.1 to about 20% by weight of a cardo compound selected from cardo monomers, oligomers, polymers and mixtures thereof. The carbon black dispersion composition can provide improved adhesive properties, uniformity and resolution of black matrix patterns, and no undercut is formed on the black matrix patterns.

摘要： A thin film transistor (TFT) including a nanowire semiconductor layer having nanowires aligned in one direction in a channel region is disclosed. The nanowire semiconductor layer is selectively formed in the channel region. A method for fabricating the TFT, a liquid crystal display (LCD) device using the TFT, and a method for manufacturing the LCD device are also disclosed. The TFT fabricating method includes forming alignment electrodes on the insulating film such that the alignment electrodes face each other, to define a channel region, forming an organic film, to expose the channel region, coating a nanowire-dispersed solution on an entire surface of a substrate including the organic film, forming a nanowire semiconductor layer in the channel region by generating an electric field between the alignment electrodes such that nanowires of the nanowire semiconductor layer are aligned in a direction, and removing the organic film.

The damper comprises a cylinder, a piston partially inserted inside the cylinder, and a fixed damping member and movement prevention means, which are installed around an inserted portion of the piston inside the cylinder so that they are spaced apart from each other, and adapted to allow the piston to be stably supported inside the cylinder even in case that a tub of the washing machine vibrates in a non-axial direction of the cylinder and piston, thereby restricting a relative angular rotation of the cylinder and piston and preventing rubbing and collision caused between a lower end of the cylinder and the piston.
