摘要： A method for producing a rubber composition include a mixing step, a drying step, and a dispersion step. In the mixing step, an aqueous solution that includes at least one of oxycellulose fibers and cellulose nanofibers is mixed with rubber latex to obtain a first mixture. In the drying step, the first mixture is dried to obtain a second mixture. In the dispersion step, the second mixture is tight-milled using an open roll to obtain a rubber composition. The rubber composition does not include an aggregate that includes at least one of the oxycellulose fibers and the cellulose nanofibers, and has a diameter of 0.1 mm or more.

摘要： A self-sealing elastomer composition that includes a diene elastomer, a hydrocarbon resin with a given softening temperature, and a liquid plasticizing agent, is manufactured according to a process that includes successive stages. In one stage, the hydrocarbon resin is incorporated in the diene elastomer by kneading the resin and the elastomer in a mixer at or up to a temperature referred to as “hot compounding” temperature, which is greater than the softening temperature of the resin, in order to obtain a masterbatch. In another stage, the liquid plasticizing agent is incorporated in the masterbatch by kneading the agent and the masterbatch in the same mixer or in another mixer, in order to obtain the self-sealing composition. The self-sealing composition then is formed dimensionally.

Inflatable article, such as a tire, provided with a puncture-resistant layer comprising a composition according to the invention; the puncture-resistant layer is advantageously used in combination with an airtight layer, for example based on butyl rubber or TPS elastomer, in order to form, in the inflatable article, an airtight and puncture-resistant laminate.

Vehicle tires containing natural rubber in the tread and butyl rubber in the inner liner are granulated or ground to prepare rubber granules or rubber powders, which are processed in a flotation cell under stirring and with the addition of air. The natural rubber fraction of the rubber granules has a higher tendency to adsorb air bubbles and to rise in the flotation cell, while the butyl rubber fraction remains at the bottom. The rubber granules are separated into two or more rubber fractions with an increased amount of a specific rubber type in each fraction.

The carbon black can be used in rubber mixtures.

摘要： A liquid latex emulsion is compressed to align the randomly arranged molecules to form rows of aligned molecules. A continuous flow of the liquid is created in the direction of the rows of aligned molecules. A first latex layer of rows of aligned latex molecules is created on a form by immersing the form into the continuous flow of compressed liquid at a first immersion angle. A second latex layer is created on the first latex layer, the second latex layer has rows of aligned latex molecules extending in a direction different the rows of aligned latex molecules of the first layer. The second latex layer is formed by immersing the form with the first latex layer into the flow of compressed liquid at an immersion angle different from the first immersion angle.
