In certain aspects, the method generally includes determining an interlace structure of tones, within an unlicensed radio frequency (RF) spectrum, available to a wireless node for communication, and communicating based on the interlace structure. In some aspects, the communicating involves hopping between tones within the interlace structure during different communication intervals.

摘要： Data is transferred between a DECT terminal and an LTE base station.A base unit includes a DECT communication unit and an LTE communication unit, the DECT communication unit performing DECT communication with a DECT terminal, and the LTE communication unit transmitting and receiving data with the DECT communication unit and performing LTE communication with an LTE carrier gateway through an LTE base station. The DECT communication unit transmits a connection verification request to the LTE communication unit in order to verify a connection state of an LTE link with the LTE carrier gateway. The LTE communication unit transmits a connection verification response to the DECT communication unit in response to the connection verification request in a case where an LTE link is connected. The DECT communication unit, in a case where the DECT communication unit receives a DECT connection request for requesting connection of an DECT link from the DECT terminal and receives the connection verification response from the LTE communication unit, transmits a DECT connection response to the DECT terminal in response to the DECT connection request.

The wireless thermostat includes a communication module configured to communicate with at least one mobile device and allow for remote adjustment of the operating condition. The wireless thermostat includes a sensor for detecting a presence in proximity to the thermostat of at least one user and generating a presence signal in response to the detected user presence. The wireless thermostat includes a processor configured to implement changes in the operating condition in response to the manual adjustment at the selector and the remote adjustment at the mobile device. The processor also communicates with the sensor to receive the presence signal and transition the display between an awake state and a sleep state in response to the presence signal.

The data identification is broadcasted to one or more receiving terminals through a short distance wireless communication. The receiving terminal obtains the data from the server according to the data identification. When the sending terminal needs to transmit data to multiple receiving terminals, the techniques of the present disclosure do not require the sending terminal to establish a point-to-point connection with each of the receiving terminal. Thus, the techniques of the present disclosure effectively reduce transmission time with multiple receiving terminals, improve data transmission efficiency, and lower power consumption at the sending terminal.

The method includes detecting an indication that a multimedia message is ready for transmission. The method also includes switching, by the transceiver subsystem in response to detecting the indication, from an infrastructure communication mode to a peer-to-peer communication mode, and transmitting the multimedia message in the peer-to-peer communication mode. The method further includes determining that the multimedia message transmission is complete, and switching, by the transceiver subsystem, back to the infrastructure communication mode in response to determining that the multimedia message transmission is complete.
