Also described herein are methods and compositions for linear amplification and labeling of a targeted nucleic acid. The amplified targeted molecules may be used in hybridization techniques like Luminex and Microarray analysis.

摘要： An enhanced cable assembly for field data distribution system includes a cable member formed by a plurality of twisted conductor pairs bundled within a conductive shield and an insulative sheath. The cable assembly is terminated by a pair of multi-contact cable connectors, each including a conductive shell, a contact array board supported in the shell, and a weather seal. The cable connectors are of a standard configuration for use with standardized field data distribution boxes. The contact board array is of such a configuration as to enable two cable connectors to be joined to thereby interconnect two such cables. The enhanced cable assembly is constructed to comply with Category 5E specifications.

In one embodiment, the method and apparatus use a correlation between one or more non-invasive physical measurements of the body of the subject and a reference value of blood-glucose of the subject to compute an estimation parameter value, and comparing that estimation parameter value with a critical parameter value indicative of the presence of a clinical state, for example hypoglycaemia, hyperglycaemia. In another embodiment, the algorithm estimates chromophore concentrations and the scattering coefficient in order to compute a level of oxygen saturation and detect the presence of an ischemic state.

The massage apparatus system includes an inflatable mattress defining a distal portion and a proximal portion with the distal portion defining a recess and an inflatable housing having a massage apparatus disposed therein which includes an output shaft engaged to a prosthetic member. Operation of the massage apparatus causes the prosthetic member to move in a reciprocating manner such that a simulated sexual action is produced by the prosthetic member. The inflatable housing is retained in the recess such that the housing and its motion driving unit resists horizontal rotation, such rotation being no more than slight, and yet permits vertical rocking movement with limited, slight horizontal rotation in an elastic manner.
