    • An electric lock device which can be used suitably regardless of an operation mode of a thumb-turn. In the electric lock device, components to be placed at a peripheral part of the thumb-turn are miniaturized by separating a control device and an electric power supply, which require a comparatively large space, from a thumb-turn cover. The electric lock device includes a cover device internally having a motor and a thumb-turn cover, a control device internally having a control part, and a power supply part built-in the control device for supplying power to the control device and the motor. Therefore, the cover device can be more compactified than that of a conventional electric lock device in which the control part and the power supply part are integrally placed with the thumb-turn cover and the motor. The cover device can be attached proximity to a thumb-turn without being protruded from a door.

    • An intercom apparatus in which a connection of intercom master stations in respective residential rooms is carried out by use of a terminal unit which is separated from the master station and the terminal unit can be removed according to need with keeping the connecting state. The intercom apparatus has an entrance substation and a plurality of intercom master stations which are disposed in residential rooms and called from the entrance substation through a main line path to intercommunicate with the entrance substation bilaterally, and it has the terminal unit comprising terminals for connecting intercom master stations by a station-to-station spanned wiring to form the main line path and a terminal board in which the terminals are mounted for carrying out an electrical connection of the main line path by the station-to-station spanned wiring, and a mounting bracket by which the terminal unit is detachably mounted is allocated in a space which is formed at backside of the intercom master station and a CRT module.

    • In a time division multiplex network the channel assignment is controlled by assigning each channel, in a channel-by-channel sequence, to each subscriber pair that are communicating or wish to communicate. The subscriber address-data for the addressee and the addressor of each so-assigned channel are stored, respectively, in corresponding address locations of a transmission side circulating read/write memory and a receiving side circulating read/write memory. A reset word is stored in either the receiving side or the transmission side memory in a memory location following the last memory location containing subscriber address-data. The corresponding memory locations on the transmitting and receiving sides are read out in response to counter outputs and the subscriber address-data of each so-assigned channel are used to provide synchronous gating pulses to the respective modulation/demodulation units of the addressee and the addressor of each channel to establish communication therebetween. The reset word, when it is read out, resets the memories to repeat the memory read-out cycle. The number of occupied memory locations on the transmitting and receiving side varies directly in accordance with the traffic demands to provide high efficiency performance per unit time and high modulation/demodulation quality during periods of low traffic.
