摘要： A Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) channel disconnect detection device and method is provided for an engine having a crankcase, an intake system for delivering metered air to the engine, and a PCV channel for containing PCV gas flow between the crankcase and the intake system and having a first end and a second end. The PCV channel disconnect detection device includes a detection channel that supplies unmetered air surrounding one of the ends of the PCV channel to a post-throttle portion of the intake system. The detection channel is inoperable in response to a vacuum in the post-throttle portion of the intake system if the PCV channel connection is connected. The detection channel is operable in response to the vacuum in the post-throttle portion of the intake system if the PCV channel is disconnected. The detection channels may be configured to bypass all flow restrictions in the PCV system.

The assembly further includes a load limiter member including a first body portion engaging one of the first and second walls when disposed in one of the first and second holes. The first body portion has a radially compliant feature to allow movement of the load limiter member within one of the first and second holes in response to a force being applied to the load limiter member.

摘要： A method for calibrating an articulable end effector of a robotic arm employing a digital camera includes commanding the end effector to achieve a plurality of poses. At each commanded end effector pose, an image of the end effector with the digital camera is captured and a scene point cloud including the end effector is generated based upon the captured image of the end effector. A synthetic point cloud including the end effector is generated based upon the commanded end effector pose, and a first position of the end effector is based upon the synthetic point cloud, and a second position of the end effector associated with the scene point cloud is determined. A position of the end effector is calibrated based upon the first position of the end effector and the second position of the end effector for the plurality of commanded end effector poses.

The method also includes commanding automatic selection of the park mode if the powerplant is turned off. Furthermore, the method includes commanding automatic selection of the park mode if the operator has vacated the vehicle, whether the powerplant is turned on and operating, or is turned off. The powertrain may include an automatic transmission operatively connected to the powerplant, and the park mode can be affected inside the transmission. A system for controlling such a powertrain via a controller programmed to execute the method is also disclosed.

摘要： A golf aid for displaying one or more golf-related statistics to a user includes a golf ball tracking system for tracking a flight of a golf ball, a heads up display, and a processor in communication with the golf ball tracking system and the heads up display. The heads up display is configured to be worn on the user's head and display an image within the user's field of view. The processor is configured to compute one or more shot statistics from the tracked flight of the golf ball and display the one or more computed shot statistics within the field of view of the user via the heads up display. The one or more shot statistics include at least one of an initial ball speed, a spin rate, a carry, and a remaining distance to the pin.
