    • Disclosed is an automatic apparatus for feeding and measuring radioactive medicine. The automatic apparatus includes a base, two elevators, two clamping units, a translation unit, a limiting unit, and a holder. The first elevator is movably supported on the base. The first clamping unit includes a sliding block movably supported on the first elevator, a shaft rotationally connected to the sliding block, and a quick-release clamp connected to the shaft. The translation unit is located on the base. The second elevator is movably supported on the translation unit. The second clamping unit includes a sliding block movably supported on the second elevator, a shaft connected to the sliding block thereof, and a pneumatic clamp connected to the shaft thereof. The limiting unit is connected to the second elevator and operable for limiting downward movement of the second elevator. The holder is located on the base.

    • An optical spectrometer includes an input module, an optical sensing device, a light splitter, and a processing device. The input module includes an orifice unit through which an incident light beam passes. The optical sensing device includes a two-dimensional array of sensing cells arranged into a plurality of rows and columns. The light splitter splits the incident light beam from the input module into at least one wavelength component of a light band, and projects the wavelength component to the optical sensing device. The optical sensing device is disposed such that the wavelength component projected thereon is inclined at a predetermined angle relative to a columnar direction of the sensing cells. The processing device is coupled to the optical sensing device for processing electrical signals generated by the sensing cells.

    • An auto-adjusting electric rear-view mirror includes at least two driving mechanisms for driving the rear-view mirror to deflect. The driving mechanisms are respectively coupled to servo control circuits that are further connected to sensor members. The servo control circuits are also coupled to a master control circuit that is further connected to an external controller. The sensor members can sense a positional variation of the rear-view mirror and send a feedback signal to the servo control circuits. The servo control circuits compare a signal from input ports thereof with the feedback signal, and output a control signal to the driving mechanisms according to the comparison result to drive position or negative rotation of the driving mechanisms, such that the rear-view mirror would automatically adjust its view angle to ensure driving safety.

    • An integrated circuit memory device has an array of memory cells arranged in a plurality of rows and columns and a plurality of row lines and a plurality of column lines. Cells arranged in the same row are connected by a common row line, and cells arranged in the same column are connected by a common column line. Each cell in the array is addressed by an address signal which has a plurality of bits. A sense amplifier circuit is connectable to one or more of the plurality of column lines of the array. An address input terminal receives in series the plurality of bits of the address signal. Each of the column lines is connectable to a pre-charge voltage, in response to a read command. A decoder circuit receives the address signal and decodes the address signal as each of the plurality of bits is received and disconnects certain of the column lines to the pre-charge voltage in response to the decoding, and activates the sense amplifier circuit after all of the plurality of bits of the address signal are received.
