摘要： An apparatus includes a preamplifier stage to receive a power supply voltage and generate an output based upon an input. In particular, the preamplifier stage includes a biasing device coupled between the output and a ground node to bias a DC voltage level of the output independently of the power supply voltage. The preamplifier stage also includes a complementary circuit to receive the input and generate the output. The complementary circuit reuses a current through the preamplifier stage to provide an increased transconductance of the preamplifier stage for a given current level.

摘要： A balanced differential transimpedance amplifier with a single-ended input operational over a wide variation in the dynamic range of input signals. A threshold circuit is employed to either or a combination of (1) generate a varying decision threshold to ensure a proper slicing over a wide range of input current signal levels; and (2) generate a bias current and voltage applied to an input of a transimpedance stage to cancel out a dependence of the transimpedance stage voltage input on input current signal levels.

摘要： An analog amplifier for recovering an abnormal operation of a common-mode feedback is provided. An analog variable amplifier includes a first input transistor and a second input transistor, a first output transistor and a second output transistor, a third transistor and a fourth transistor, a first current source, a fifth transistor and a sixth transistor, and a second current source. The first input transistor and the second input transistor amplify a bias current depending on a magnitude of a first input voltage and a second input voltage. The first output transistor and the second output transistor output the amplified bias current. The third transistor and the fourth transistor receive an output voltage of the first output transistor as an input and amplifying the received output voltage. The first current source provides a predetermined current between the first output transistor and the third transistor.

摘要： A method and apparatus is disclosed to couple a transmission amplifier and a reception amplifier to a shared medium. An output of the transmission amplifier is directly coupled to an input of the reception amplifier to form a common connection. The transmission amplifier and the reception amplifier may receive a first amplifier bias via the common connection. In response to the first amplifier bias, the transmission amplifier provides a first communication signal to the shared medium and the reception amplifier does not provide a second communication signal from the shared medium. Alternatively, the transmission amplifier and the reception may receive a second amplifier bias via the common connection. In response to the second amplifier bias, the reception amplifier provides the second communication signal from the shared medium and the transmission amplifier does not provide the first communication signal to the shared medium.

A programmable resistive element is coupled in series with a node of the integrated circuit, where at least part of the integrated circuit is formed in at least one front end of line (FEOL) device level. 摘要： The present disclosure relates to a class-D audio amplifier. When the system is powered on, an auxiliary power amplifier and an auxiliary feedback circuit constitute an auxiliary close loop so that a control loop is established in advance. The auxiliary close loop is disconnected after various circuit modules reach their steady operation points, and the system operates at a normal state. A soft start circuit is provided for suppressing noise which occurs when the system is powered on. Thus, the class-D audio amplifier suppresses POP noise at an output terminal when the system is powered on.
