    • Disclosed herein is an air conditioner and method for manufacturing the same. The air conditioner includes a condensate water tray attached to the bottom of an evaporator. A rear evaporator cover is situated between the evaporator and an evaporator fan. An upper evaporator cover is situated over the top of the evaporator. The condensate water tray and the rear and upper evaporator covers are integrated into a single body. The method for manufacturing an air conditioner includes the step of attaching a rear evaporator cover and a condensate water tray to a conditioner body while bending the rear evaporator cover and the condensate water tray at the connecting portion thereof. Thereafter, the channel member of the rear evaporator cover is inserted into the condensate water guide hole of a duct. Subsequently, the evaporator is placed on the upper surface of the condensate water tray. Finally, the top of the evaporator is covered with an upper evaporator cover bent and integrally connected to the upper portion of the rear evaporator cover.

    • A terminal control apparatus and a central control apparatus may control at least one terminal device that consumes energy in an energy management system while obtaining the same effect as when virtual equipment is used. A first terminal control apparatus may receive a control command related to a first terminal device from a central control apparatus or a second terminal control apparatus included in the energy management system. The first terminal control apparatus may determine whether the first terminal device matches the first terminal control apparatus, and selectively transmit the control command to a third terminal control apparatus or selectively control the first terminal device according to the control command, based on the determination.

    • An integrated air conditioner having a condenser casing, prevents noise from being generated and prevents a condenser fan from being damaged or broken, due to contact between the condenser casing and the condenser fan. The condenser casing includes a front plate, an upper cover, and a plurality of coupling ribs between the front plate and the upper cover, to be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals. The condenser casing further includes a plurality of locking projections projected from a front edge of the upper cover toward the front plate, and a plurality of locking holes provided along an upper edge of the front plate. The locking projections are inserted into the corresponding locking holes after the coupling ribs are cut to separate the upper cover from the front plate, so that the upper cover is assembled with the front plate. The condenser fan is placed under the upper cover at a position in back of the locking projections.
