摘要： The invention provides a temporary mobile station identity TMSI allocation method, comprising steps of: notifying a mobility management entity MME device of a corresponding mobility attribute based on a type of a Machine Type Communication MTC application, wherein the mobility attribute indicates whether a mobility of the MTC application is high or low; determining, by the MME device, a mobility layer associated with the MTC application according to the mobility attribute, and then allocating a TMSI from an available address space to a MTC device applying the MTC application based on a predetermined criterion, according to the determined mobility layer. The present invention further provides corresponding MTC server, MME device, network attachment method and location area update method.

摘要： A method for detecting a moving target is disclosed that receives a plurality of images from at least one camera; receives a measurement of scale from one of a measurement device and a second camera; calculates the pose of the at least one camera over time based on the plurality of images and the measurement of scale; selects a reference image and an inspection image from the plurality of images of the at least one camera; and detects a moving target from the reference image and the inspection image based on the orientation of corresponding portions in the reference image and the inspection image relative to a location of an epipolar direction common to the reference image and the inspection image; and displays any detected moving target on a display. The measurement of scale can derived from a second camera or, for example, a wheel odometer. The method can also detect moving targets by combining the above epipolar method with a method based on changes in depth between the inspection image and the reference image and based on changes in flow between the inspection image and the reference image.

A Base Station (BS) transmits, to the MS, partition information representing a plurality of partition regions constituting the BS cell coverage. Upon receiving from the MS a ranging code belonging to one ranging code subset among a plurality of ranging code subsets corresponding to the plurality of partition regions based on the partition information, the BS determines location information of the MS depending on the partition region corresponding to the ranging code subset to which the received ranging code belongs, making it possible to notify the network of the MS's location information without the need to define a separate signaling procedure.

摘要： A relay method and device, wherein the control signal and the data signal which are in the same subframe are directly sent to a lower level device respectively by an upper level device and a relay function device. In one example, the relay function device transmits data signal using subscriber special reference signal to make the lower level device estimate an access channel correctly; in another example, the relay function device carries out precoding of the data signal correlative with the access channel so as to cancel the influence of the access channel, thereby make the lower level device receive data signal correctly. Retransmission control signaling is sent to the lower level device in each subframe by the upper level device to ensure the fixed sequential relationship of feedback retransmission.
