    • Provided are a method and apparatus for transmitting control information and packet data. The method includes generating control channels which transmit the control information; generating control indication channel which indicates whether the control channels are transmitted or not; generating data channels in order to transmit the packet data based on the control information; multiplexing the control channels, the control indication channels, and the data channels; and transmitting the control channels, the control indication channels, and the data channels. According to the present invention, when control information and packet data are transmitted in downlink, by transmitting additional information indicating whether control channels are transmitted or not, resources not actually allocated to control channels can be allocated to data channel and the mobile station can receive data channel using the control indication information.

    • A wireless positioning method of a receiver is provided. Signals are received from a plurality of transmitters, propagation taps of the plurality of transmitters received from the plurality of transmitters are determined, respectively, the distance between the receiver and each of the transmitters is calculated, respectively, the distances are corrected by using propagation delay taps of the respective transmitters to determine final distances between the receiver and each of the transmitters, and an area, in which circles away by the final distances between the receiver and each of the transmitters on the basis of the center of each of the transmitters overlap with each other, is estimated as the location of the receiver.     • The present invention is related to a partially overlapped single-carrier crosstalk signal cancellation method and an apparatus using the same. For this purpose, the present invention provides a crosstalk canceller including a pre-processor for frequency down-shifting an input signal, a crosstalk signal cancellation module for canceling the crosstalk signal by dividing the input signal by an interpolation ratio, a post-processor for converting an output of the crosstalk signal cancellation modulation into a passband signal, and an error feedback processor for performing a decimation operation on a residual crosstalk signal and feeding backing the decimated residual crosstalk signal to the crosstalk signal cancellation module. In addition, the present invention provides a crosstalk signal cancellation method for performing interpolation and filtering operations by frequency down-shifting an input signal including a crosstalk signal to a baseband and decimating a residual crosstalk signal by frequency-shifting to an original signal frequency.
