    • Disclosed is a non-photosensitive black electrode composition and a plasma display panel having a black electrode formed using the composition. The black electrode for the plasma display panel includes the non-photosensitive composition, thus yellowing does not occur on electrodes but conductivity to a transparent electrode layer is desirably assured even though typical conductive powder and various types of black pigments are used. It is possible to conduct patterning using a photolithography process due to the simultaneous development of black and bus electrodes, which can act as electrodes due to simultaneous sintering. Since it is non-photosensitive, it is possible to use various types of black pigments, thus the material cost is reduced.

    • The present invention relates to a system and method for capturing of the multi-channel image signal which can enhance capturing rate of image signals by exactly deciding the unstable period of an image capturing module capturing video data included in an image signal, wherein the system for capturing of the multi-channel image signal according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a receiving module for receiving image signals including video data from at least one camera; a sync signal separating module for extracting sync signals indicating the existing location of video data from the image signal; an image capturing module for capturing video data of the image signal sequentially according to predetermined capturing order; a storage module for storing information about the unstable period of the image capturing module and the extracted sync signal respectively; and a decision module for selecting the sync signal of the second image signal located outside of the unstable period based on the extracted sync signal from the first image signal and the unstable period; wherein the unstable period includes the first unstable period, the predetermined period from failing edge of the sync signal extracted from the first image signal. According to the present invention, there is an advantage that it is possible to provide a system and a method for capturing of the multi-channel image signal which enhance the capture efficiency of image signals by raising the rate of capturable video data to the maximum through the exact decision of the unstable period of an image capturing module capturing video data of an image signal.

    • Disclosed herein is a plasma display panel and a method of fabricating the same. The plasma display panel comprises a front glass substrate and a rear glass substrate. An electrode structure disposed between the front and rear glass substrates is prepared in such a way that a non-photosensitive black dielectric layer and a non-photosensitive or photosensitive electrode layer, formed on the front glass substrate, are subjected to heat treatment. The black dielectric layer is blackened at a surface in contact with the front glass substrate by the heat treatment. Current flows between an upper electrode and a transparent electrode and it is possible to assure sufficiently low visibility even though costly metal particles are not used as conductive material on the front substrate of the plasma display panel. It is possible to use various types of black pigments thanks to non-photosensitivity, thus it is possible to fabricate a low-priced plasma display panel due to a reduced material cost.

The distributed video decoder includes a key picture decoding unit which reconstructs a key picture received from an encoder, a hash information selecting unit which determines necessary hash information using the reconstructed key picture and/or generated previous side information, and a side information generating unit which generates side information using the reconstructed key picture and/or hash information selected based on information determined by the hash information selecting unit. The distributed video decoder further includes a channel code decoding unit which estimates a quantized value by using a parity bit received from the encoder and the generated side information, and a video reconstructing unit which reconstructs a current picture as a decoding target by using the quantized value estimated by the channel code decoding unit and the generated side information.
