摘要： In a method for processing video signals acquired from multiple cameras, the present invention provides a method for processing video signals including receiving a multiview video coded bit stream including color pictures and depth pictures, wherein the depth picture indicates a group of digitalized information on a distance between a base camera and an object; acquiring data type identification information from the multiview video coded bit stream, wherein the data type identification information indicates whether or not depth-coded data are included in the multiview video coded bit stream; acquiring reference information between views of the depth picture based upon the data type identification information, wherein the reference information between views of the depth picture includes a number of depth-view reference pictures, and a view identification number of the depth-view reference picture; acquiring an estimation value of the depth picture by using the reference information between views of the depth picture; recovering the depth picture by using the estimation value of the depth picture; and acquiring a 3-dimensional image by using the recovered depth picture.

The intra prediction method using a DC mode includes setting a bottom-right pixel to a DC-predicted value, interpolating the bottom-right pixel and an n-th top reference pixel to derive predicted values of an n-th column and interpolating the bottom-right pixel and an n-th left reference pixel to derive predicted values of an n-row, and performing bidirectional linear interpolation to derive predicted values of pixels included in a prediction unit other than the n-th row and the n-th column.

摘要： Disclosed are an intra prediction method of a chrominance block using a luminance sample and an apparatus using the same. An image decoding method comprises the steps of: calculating an intra prediction mode of a chrominance block on the basis of an LM mapping table when the chrominance block uses an LM; and generating a prediction block for the chrominance block on the basis of the calculated intra prediction mode of the chrominance block. When intra prediction mode information of chrominance blocks are decoded, mutually different tables are used depending on whether or not an LM is used, so that encoding and decoding can be performed without an unnecessary waste of bits.

摘要： The virtual view image synthesis method according to the present invention comprises: generating an intermediate picture from a first viewpoint and an intermediate picture from a second viewpoint by swapping a reference picture from a first viewpoint and a reference picture from a second viewpoint; determining whether there is a hole in said intermediate picture from a first viewpoint; if there is a hole in said intermediate picture from a first viewpoint, obtaining the pixel value of said intermediate picture from a second viewpoint based on the location of said hole; and allocating the pixel value of said intermediate picture from a second viewpoint to said hole. A virtual picture is synthesized using a reference picture, thereby reducing the quantity of information due to encoding a virtual viewpoint picture.

The video signal processing method according to the present invention can enhance processing efficiency by using a structure whereby a single unit is recursively divided into a plurality of units. A method is provided in which bits can be used efficiency by hierarchically employing coding block pattern information under a unit structure able to be divided in this way. Further, residual data is rearranged so as to allow efficient coding by employing spatial distribution of the residual data.
