    • A server for providing a traffic image to a user device includes a location information receiving unit which receives information relating to a respective location of each of a plurality of vehicles, a location management unit which receives information relating to a particular area from a user device, and which detects at least one vehicle located within the particular area based on the location information, an information sending unit which sends information relating to the at least one detected vehicle to the user device, an image requesting unit which receives information relating to a vehicle selected from among the at least one detected vehicle from the user device, and which requests, from a device installed in the selected vehicle, transmission of a traffic image of the selected vehicle, and an image providing unit which receives the image and which provides the traffic image to the user device.

    • A system on chip (SoC) including a configurable image processing pipeline is provided. The SoC includes a bus; a first image processing module configured to be connected to the bus and to process image data; a first image processing stage configured to transmit either first image data or second image data received from the bus to at least one of the bus and the first image processing module through a first bypass path in response to first control signals; and a second image processing stage configured to transmit either third image data received from the first image processing module or fourth image data received from the bus to the bus through one of a second bypass path and a second scaler path in response to second control signals.

    • An apparatus and method for controlling starting of a motor are disclosed. An exciting coil of a motor is excited by using a controller of an electronic refrigerator without having an extra excitation control circuit, to thereby simplify a component construction for controlling exciting of the motor and thus reduce complexity. The present invention includes: a main coil and an auxiliary coil (sub-coil); an exciting coil that generates an excitation current; a refrigerator control unit that outputs a control signal for controlling an application time of the excitation current when started; and a switch unit electrically connected with the exciting coil and supplying power to the exciting coil according to the control signal outputted from the refrigerator control unit.

    • Disclosed is a process for ranking semantic web resources, comprising the steps of; establishing an RDF knowledge base using diverse tools that support the establishment of ontologies; setting, by class, object and subject weights for an object type attribute and a weight for a data type attribute on the schema composed of classes that constitute a domain and of attributes that describe relationships between these classes; extracting from the RDF knowledge base an RDF triple composed of three portions, i.e., a subject, a predicate and an object; creating a weight matrix of class-oriented attributes based on a set weight and the extracted RDF triple; and operating the created weight matrix of class-oriented attributes to calculate a first eigenvector and obtain a vector for ranking scores of resources.
