摘要： An apparatus for variable setting of control times of gas exchange valves of an internal combustion engine which has a drive element an output element and a side cover. The drive element is brought into drive connection with a crankshaft, the output element is brought into drive connection with a camshaft, and the output element is arranged such that it can be pivoted with respect to the drive element. The side cover, which has a sealing cover with an opening and a mating element, axially delimits the output element and/or the drive element, and is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the drive or output element by means of a fastening element. The fastening element reaches at least partially through the opening and interacts with the fastening element producing a rotationally fixed connection between the side cover and output element or drive element.

摘要： A device for varying the angular position of a camshaft relative to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine. The device has a drive element, which is driven by the crankshaft via a gearwheel and which is supported so that it can rotate in relation to the camshaft. The device also has at least two hydraulic chambers, to which a hydraulic fluid can be admitted in order to set a defined relative rotational position between the drive element and the camshaft, formed between the drive element and the camshaft. In order to produce an optimum axial support of the camshaft in terms of weight and cost, the gearwheel form a bearing face for the axial contact of the camshaft or of a component rotationally fixed to the latter.

摘要： A camshaft adjusting arrangement for varying angular position of a camshaft relative to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine which has a drive element that is driven by the crankshaft and is rotatable in relation to the camshaft, at least two hydraulic chambers, to which a hydraulic fluid can be admitted to set a defined relative rotational position between the drive element and camshaft, formed between the drive element and camshaft, a first component and a second component. The first component has a cylindrical receiving face which receives a cylindrical seating face of the second component. To keep the resulting radial compressive stress between the components within an admissible range, at least one compensating element is arranged in the cylindrical receiving face of the first component and/or in the cylindrical seating face of the second component.

摘要： Methods for producing a quartz glass component with reflector layer are known in which a reflector layer composed of quartz glass acting as a diffuse reflector is produced on at least part of the surface of a substrate body composed of quartz glass. In order, taking this as a departure point, to specify a method which enables cost-effective and reproducible production of uniform SiO2 reflector layers on quartz glass components, it is proposed according to the invention that the reflector layer is produced by thermal spraying by means of SiO2 particles being fed to an energy carrier, being incipiently melted or melted by means of said energy carrier and being deposited on the substrate body. In the case of a quartz glass component obtained according to the method, the SiO2 reflector layer is formed as a layer which is produced by thermal spraying and has an opaque effect and which is distinguished by freedom from cracks and uniformity.

摘要： A method and an apparatus facilitate the processing of a core structure for a composite sandwich structure. The core has an open three-dimensional structure and is not self-supporting due to an insufficient strength or stiffness. The method involves temporarily providing a support arrangement on the core structure to mechanically support and stabilize it, then subjecting the supported core structure to the desired processing, and then separating and removing the core structure and the support arrangement from one another. The processing can involve immersion into a processing liquid such as a curable resin, or mechanical machining operations. The support arrangement preferably includes a core impression that is surfacially form-fitting on a structured surface of the core structure. The apparatus includes a support arrangement including a core impression to be disposed on a surface of the core structure. The core impression may be formed of a polymer, a metal, or a casting material.
