The survey controller stores response records in a response database. The survey controller calculates, from the selection of response records stored in the response database, statistics associated with the particular stimulus within the consumer environment. The survey controller stores, by the survey controller, the calculated statistics.

摘要： A method and system for tailoring a multimedia presentation of an event on a computerized multimedia system to meet a user's desires. In a preferred embodiment, a set of video streams and a set of audio streams for the event are provided to the user via a network coupled to the multimedia system. From the set of available video streams for the event, one or more video streams are selected for presentation to the user. From the set of available audio streams for the event, one or more audio streams are selected for presentation to the user. Furthermore, the relative volumes of the different audio streams may be adjusted. In response to user input, the selected video and audio streams are assigned to respective portions of video and audio output devices. The event is presented to the user according to the selected video stream assignments.

The behavior processing system identifies a particular defined adverse behavior of the monitored user represented by the three-dimensional object properties stream by comparing the identified three-dimensional object properties stream with multiple adverse behavior definitions. In response to identifying the particular defined adverse behavior from among the multiple adverse behavior definitions, the behavior processing system triggers a warning system to notify the supervising user about the particular defined adverse behavior of the monitored user through an output interface only detectable by the supervising user.

In particular, a caller in the call hold queue may earn advancement tokens by answering questions posed by other callers in the call hold queue, where the questions are answered in a manner such that the other callers do not need additional aid from a representative. In addition, a caller may redeem advancement tokens earned in a previous hold queue while waiting in current hold queue, where the redeemable advancement tokens are accessible across multiple call centers according to the caller identification.

The destination telephony device receives an order form from the origin device for an order placed with the caller by the callee from the destination telephony device. The destination telephony device controls output of the order form from at least one output interface of the destination telephony device. The destination telephony device, responsive to receiving a single entry by a callee to complete the order, generates an authorization for the billing service to bill for the order from the billing plan according to the callee voice authenticated identifier in the order form, wherein authorized access to the billing plan is allowed according to the callee voice authenticated identifier and not according to account numbers.
