摘要： An accessory attachment for a driven fastener hand tool is disclosed comprising a mounting block having an attachment channel and an indexing guide feature. A plate for covering a fastener driving channel of the fastener tool has a nose end with chamfered edges on opposing sides towards the fastener driving channel and the attachment channel has opposing lips for seating against the chamfered edges of the nose end of the plate. One or more bolts through the mounting block at a bottom of the attachment channel press the nose end of the plate causing the opposing lips of the mounting block to press against the chamfered edges thereby securing the mounting block to the nose end of the plate. Alternately or additionally, the mounting block can be used to support a range of accessories including, a non-marring pad, a light, such as an LED, a level, and/or an edge guide.

摘要： The present invention relates to an engineered biological system, and in particular an Escherichia coli host. The host is incorporated with a DNA construct for production of at least a first polypeptide. The first polypeptide may be an authentic basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). The DNA construct has an insert including, for example, in the sequence of, an expression cassette, an intein sequence and DNA coding for the first polypeptide. The DNA construct is configured to effect the host to secrete the basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the cytoplasm of the host and/or to excrete to cell medium in which the host is cultured.

摘要： An air brush is provided with the quick needle pullback mechanism thereby allowing the user to apply quick flushes. This is composed of first pushing down on the trigger to open the air valve and then retracting the needle fully and allowing the needle to be pushed forward by the spring, effectively using the pressured air and paint to clean the nozzle. The distance of the pullback is regulated by a pre-set adjustment knob. A needle chuck and a needle lock perform the function of affixing to the needle, which regulates the paint or media flow. Under normal use, the pre-set adjustment knob defines the maximum paint output by stopping the needle from traveling backward farther than the preset position. When the user wishes to clean the nozzle, the pre-set adjustment knob may be dialed sufficiently back to allow the needle to be fully retracted by the quick pullback mechanism, thereby causing the nozzle to open up fully, allowing the extra paint to rush through the nozzle, and thereby cleaning the nozzle head area.

The volume of air to be introduced per time by the air blower is determined based on the average concentration of dissolved oxygen from the previous wastewater treatment cycle.
