摘要： A system, apparatus, and method for transferring chemical solutions and synthesizing a tracer. For transferring chemical solutions, the system comprises a primary container; a secondary container; a first line in communication with the primary container and the secondary container. The first line facilitates the flow of gas and/or liquid between the primary container and the secondary container. A valve located upstream of the secondary container and downstream of the primary container regulates flow within the first line; a second line in communication with the secondary container. For synthesizing a tracer, the system includes a source of a solution having a radionuclide. A first container has a tracer precursor and is in communication with the source of solution.

In the preferred configuration, at least one computer system is connected to the Internet or other data source via a communications device. The electronic data can be combined with user information to create output charts, graphs, and reports including market trends, forecasting, and current valuations. The system also provides a function to exchange and/or compare information from two or more users toward buying real estate, selling real estate, exchanging real estate assets, or to offer advice on a valuation. Additionally, the system can be attached to a mapping system such as GIS, or satellite mapping. This invention allows investment messages or advertisements to be sent and received to an electronic device or many.

摘要： A cordless telephone-to-sound card interface adapter provides a connection between any standard cordless telephone system and a sound card of a computer for PC-to-PC or PC-to-telephone voice communications over the Internet. The interface adapter includes a hybrid transformer circuit for interfacing a two-wire circuit of the cordless telephone and a four-wire circuit of the computer sound card. Consisting of passive components, this hybrid transformer circuit cancels out the voice echo that would otherwise exist due to mismatched impedances between the two media and/or from leakage of the signal being transmitted and received on the same pair of telephone lines. Preferably, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) interface is provided to supply a bias voltage to the cordless telephone system through the interface adapter. The interface adapter may also include interfaces for connecting with external computer speakers and microphone, and a control circuit for automatically switchably coupling the computer sound card to either the cordless telephone or the external speakers and microphone as appropriate.

摘要： The present invention provides a News/Media Analytics System (NMAS) adapted to automatically process and “read” news stories and content from blogs, twitter, and other social media sources, represented by news/media corpus, in as close to real-time as possible. Quantitative analysis, techniques or mathematics, such as green scoring/composite module and sentiment processing module are processed to arrive at green scores, green certification, and/or model the value of financial securities, including generating a composite environmental or green index. The NMAS automatically processes news stories, filings, new/social media and other content and applies one or more models against the content to determine green scoring and/or anticipate behavior of stock price and other investment vehicles. The NMAS leverages traditional and, especially, social media resources to provide a sentiment-based solution that expands the scope of conventional tools for creating a socially aware composite index.
