摘要： The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for transmitting/receiving data, and a method for a user equipment transmitting data, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a step of determining conditions for determining whether a condition for transmitting short data is satisfied, when data to be transmitted is generated; and a step of including the data to be transmitted in a radio resource control (RRC) connection setup completion message and transmitting same, when the condition for transmitting the short data is satisfied. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the problem of network overload can be prevented by reducing signaling overhead when processing small packets, which are generated intermittently, in the mobile communication system, and an apparatus and a method for enhancing battery performance in the user equipment can be effectively provided.

摘要： According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system access method for a user equipment performing machine-to-machine (M2M) communication with a system may include: awaiting, when the user equipment detects a need for system access, reception of access delay information from a base station for a preset delay information wait time; obtaining, when access delay information is received from the base station within the delay information wait time, an access delay time from the access delay information; and awaiting expiration of the access delay time while not attempting system access. Hence, system access attempts made by many M2M user equipments can be efficiently handled in the present invention.

摘要： To solve the above-mentioned problem, a method in which a terminal reports channel state information comprises the following steps: receiving, from a base station, information on a plurality of patterns to be used in a channel state measurement; receiving, from the base station, selection information for selecting a pattern from among the plurality of patterns that is to be used in the channel state information to be reported to the base station; measuring a channel state using the information on the plurality of patterns; and selecting a portion of the measured channel state based on the selection information, and reporting the selected portion to the base station. The above-described solution enables the efficient reporting of channel state information including CQIICSI, thus improving communication efficiency.

摘要： An apparatus and operation method of a Base Station (BS) for allocating a radio resource in a Cognitive Radio (CR) wireless communication system includes, when a licensed system is activated, determining whether each of User Terminals (UTs) located in a cell satisfies Quality of Service (QoS). If all of the UTs satisfy the QoS, a binary message indicating ‘on’ is broadcasted to neighbor BSs. If at least one of the UTs does not satisfy the QoS, a binary message indicating ‘off’ is broadcasted to the neighbor BSs, and when the binary message indicating ‘off’ is received from at least one of the neighbor BSs, the binary message indicating ‘off’ is broadcasted to the UTs.
