    • A control device being a control device communicating with a controlled device to control the controlled device includes: a first memory to store first authentication information for authenticating the controlled device; a second memory to store second authentication information for making the controlled device authenticate itself; a determination unit to compare third authentication information sent from the controlled device for specifying the controlled device with the first authentication information; a calculator to perform calculation processing on the first authentication information or the third authentication information using the second authentication information to generate a calculated value; a transmitter to transmit, when the determination unit determines that the first authentication information and the third authentication information are the same, the calculated value to the controlled device; and a memory controller to update the first authentication information.

    • A room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided. The composition contains a diorganopolysiloxane having at least two groups represented by the following formula (1): per molecule as its main component. In the formula, X is —R′d—NH— or —R′d—S—, R is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-12 monovalent hydrocarbon group, R′ is a C1-8 divalent hydrocarbon group, Y is a hydrolyzable group, b is 2 or 3, and d is 0 or 1. The composition has excellent room temperature curability, and the cured product has excellent moisture resistance. The composition is useful as an adhesive or sealant used at a site where hardness, water resistance, and moisture resistance are required, and in particular, for an adhesive in construction applications and electric and electronic applications where steam resistance and water resistance are required.

    • An information communication scheme for enabling the radio base station to carry out both point-to-point user information communications and point-to-multipoint user information communications with respect to radio terminals is disclosed. A first media access control identifier is allocated to a radio terminal which made a connection request, a correspondence between the first media access identifier and the radio terminal is broadcast, and a user information destined to the radio terminal is transmitted using a time-slot corresponding to the first media access control identifier. On the other hand, a second media access control identifier is allocated to a multicast information identifier, a correspondence between the second media access control identifier and the multicast information identifier is transmitted, and the multicast information is transmitted using a time-slot corresonding to the second media access control identifier.
