The conveying unit is configured to intermittently convey a printing medium by a predetermined feed amount. The winding unit is configured to wind the printing medium conveyed by the conveying unit. The printing unit is configured to perform printing on the conveyed printing medium. The rotation control unit is configured to control the winding unit to rotate in a winding direction at a predetermined timing after the conveying unit has started to convey the printing medium intermittently, and then cause the winding unit to rotate in a reverse direction opposite to the winding direction.

摘要： When a liquid level is changed even though an inflow of a heat medium into a specific heat transfer tube bundle is stopped, it is determined that there is no abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle in which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped and then another heat transfer tube bundle is inspected. Next, when the inflow of the heat medium into the specific heat transfer tube bundle is stopped not to cause the change in the liquid level, it is determined that there is an abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle to which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped. Thus, it is possible to determine that there is an abnormality in the heat transfer tube bundle in which the inflow of the heat medium is stopped.

Employed are a coal dryer that dries coal, a boiler in which the coal that is dried in the coal dryer is mixed with air for combustion and burned, an air heater that heats the air for combustion that is supplied to the boiler using combustion exhaust gas discharged from the boiler, a precipitator that collects dust included in the combustion exhaust gas, a desulfurization plant that performs a desulfurization process on the combustion exhaust gas, and heat recovery equipment that heats a heating medium using the combustion exhaust gas. The coal dryer dries the coal using the heat energy of the heating medium that has been heated in the heat recovery equipment.

A receiving device according to an embodiment of the present technology includes a demodulation unit configured to convert a received signal to a baseband signal in the case where a first frequency differs from a second frequency, wherein the first frequency is a center frequency in a band of the received signal, the second frequency is a center frequency in a band of a desired signal included in a part of the band of the received signal, and a DC component of the baseband signal is to be a frequency in the vicinity of the second frequency. The present technology may be applied to a receiver which receives an OFDM signal of DVB-C2.
