When the user designates the reproduction of main audio data, the selected audio data is read from a disc and reproduced. In addition, number-of-reproduction-times data, audio volume data, audio quality data, and time period data for the designated main audio data that are updated in the searching data storing portion. The searching audio data corresponding to the designated main audio data is read from the disc corresponding to the audio quality data and the time period data and recorded to the searching data storing portion.

摘要： A video signal recording apparatus for recording a video signal on a magnetic tape includes an oscillator which generates an oscillation signal; a variable frequency divider for frequency dividing the oscillation signal; a control circuit for controlling the frequency-dividing ratio of the variable frequency divider in accordance with the speed of advancement of the magnetic tape during the recording operation; a frequency divider for generating a plurality of synchronizing signals in response to the output of the variable frequency divider; a camera including an image transducer from which the video signal is obtained in correspondence to incident light from an object image projected on the image transducer, and a transmission device for transmitting the signal from the image transducer at a rate determined by the synchronizing signals; and a recording section including a processing circuit for separately processing the luminance and chrominance components of the transmitted video signal, and at least one transducer for recording the processed video signal on the magnetic tape in response to the synchronizing signals, wherein the video signal is always recorded on the magnetic tape in the same format regardless of the speed of advancement of the magnetic tape during the recording operation.

摘要： A tape cassette including a rib projecting upwardly from a bottom wall of a cassette case at a position between the center and one side of a tape drawing recess formed at the front of the cassette case, the rib being disposed close to the back surface of the tape, and a projection that projects from a back lid which, in a closed position, protects the back surface of the tape. When the back lid is rotated to reach an open position, the projection is kept in contact with an upper end of the rib. Accordingly, even when a part of the tape is lifted by the back lid during a lid opening operation, the tape is prevented from entering behind the rib, thereby also preventing tape jamming and damage to the tape player.
