An example method comprises activating by means of a mobile device an application requiring access to the mobile communication network, identifying the application by means of an application identification unit, allocating an application index to the application by means of the application identification unit based on the identification of the application, and coupling the application index to an access request related to the application by means of the application identification unit, such that managing network resources based on the coupled application index is enabled. Devices, methods, network components and communication systems are provided to couple an application index in a flexible way to an application running on a mobile device in order to enable management of access requests requiring the same quality of service (QoS).

摘要： A personal audio device, such as a wireless telephone, includes an adaptive noise canceling (ANC) circuit that adaptively generates an anti-noise signal from a reference microphone signal and injects the anti-noise signal into the speaker or other transducer output to cause cancellation of ambient audio sounds. An error microphone is also provided proximate the speaker to measure the ambient sounds and transducer output near the transducer, thus providing an indication of the effectiveness of the noise canceling. A processing circuit uses the reference and/or error microphone, optionally along with a microphone provided for capturing near-end speech, to determine whether the ANC circuit is incorrectly adapting or may incorrectly adapt to the instant acoustic environment and/or whether the anti-noise signal may be incorrect and/or disruptive and then take action in the processing circuit to prevent or remedy such conditions.

摘要： The present application features methods of fabricating a gate region in a vertical laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS) transistor. In one aspect, a method includes depositing a masking layer on an n-well region implanted on a substrate, patterning the masking layer to define an area, and forming a first trench in the area such that a length of the first trench extends from a surface of the n-well region to a first depth in the n-well region. The method also includes filling the first trench by a conductive material and depositing a layer of oxide over the area. The method further includes etching out at least a portion of the oxide layer to expose a portion of the conductive material, removing the conductive material from the exposed portion to form a second trench, and filling the second trench with an oxide to form an asymmetric gate of the transistor.

摘要： The present invention provides a plasma torch device. The device comprises a front electrode, a back electrode and a vortex flow generator. The torch roots of the back electrode are moved by fixed magnets. By controlling the magnets coordinated with vortex air flow, the torch roots are moved back and forth periodically on inner surface of the back electrode. The torch roots do not stay at the same place for long for preventing increasing local heat burden of the electrode. Thus, life time and maintenance cycle of the electrode is prolonged with reduced operational cost of plasma torch and enhanced reliability of the device.
