The apparatus includes: a receiver which is configured to receive, through different paths, a first signal including a left-side image and a first synchronization information item, and a second signal including a right-side image and a second synchronization information item; and a signal processor which is configured to synchronize and reproduce the left-side image and the right-side image using the first synchronization information item and the second synchronization information item.

The method includes: configuring a multiview still image file format including a plurality of image areas into which a plurality of pieces of image information forming a multiview still image are inserted; inserting the plurality of pieces of image information into the plurality of image areas, respectively; inserting three-dimensional (3D) basic attribute information to three-dimensionally reproduce the multiview still image into a first image area of the plurality of image areas into which main-view image information from among the plurality of pieces of image information is inserted; and outputting multiview still image data comprising the plurality of pieces of image information based on the multiview still image file format.

The method includes generating an elementary stream including an encoded bit string of 3D image data; generating at least one packetized elementary stream by packetizing the elementary stream; generating at least one section including service related information of the 3D image data; inserting 3D image reproduction information for reproducing the 3D image data into a program guide information section from among the at least one section; generating at least one transport stream packet for each of the at least one section and the at least one packetized elementary stream; and generating a transport stream by multiplexing the at least one transport stream packet.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, a split gate structure is formed on a cell region of a substrate including the cell region and a logic region. The logic region has a high voltage region, an ultra high voltage region and a low voltage region, and the split gate structure includes a first gate insulation layer pattern, a floating gate, a tunnel insulation layer pattern and a control gate. A spacer layer is formed on the split gate structure and the substrate. The spacer layer is etched to form a spacer on a sidewall of the split gate structure and a second gate insulation layer pattern on the ultra high voltage region of the substrate. A gate electrode is formed on each of the high voltage region of the substrate, the second gate insulation layer pattern, and the low voltage region of the substrate.

摘要： Methods of controllably creating three-dimensional (3D) combined-flow-interface patterns in multi-lane fluidic devices, and systems, apparatuses and software therefor. In one example, the 3D-pattern is created and varied as a function of one or more of the geometry of the inlets to a main fluidic channel in which the 3D-pattern is formed, the Reynolds number of the flows, the dimensions of the main fluidic channel and the inlets, and the spacing of adjacent inlets. In one embodiment particularly disclosed, differing 3D combined-flow-interface patterns are created using a three-lane fluidic device having a fixed inlet geometry. In another embodiment particularly disclosed, differing 3D combined-flow-interface patterns are created using a five-lane fluidic device having a fixed inlet geometry that can be used to effectively mimic variable inlet geometries.

摘要： In a clamping jig and system for inspecting spacer grids for a nuclear fuel assembly, the jig firmly and precisely clamps a variety of grids on a measurement stage moving at high speed so that, among constituent parts of the nuclear fuel assembly, the spacer grids can be inspected using a non-contact measurer. The clamping jig includes a frame having a plurality of holding recesses into which the corresponding spacer grids are inserted, supporting means mounted in each holding recess of the frame to allow each spacer grid to be adjusted from below so it can be maintained in a horizontal state, clamping means installed around each holding recess to clamp two adjacent sides of each spacer grid to a corner of the respective holding recess, and resilient means installed on the sides opposite the clamping means and resiliently supporting the other two sides of each spacer grid.
