摘要： Disclosed are the methods of curing HBV infection and providing complete protection against HBV infection in a simplified HBV immunization schedule. The mechanistic basis for curing HBV infection is founded on the understanding that hepatitis B virus infection is established and prolonged by new rounds of infection with continuously produced viruses, which are not fully neutralized because of insufficient endogenous neutralizing antibodies. The methods of curing HBV infection including chronic HBV infection are aimed to block new rounds of HBV infection. The guidelines for establishing treatment regimens for curing HBV infection, include production or administration of sufficient level of HBV neutralizing antibodies in treated patients. Among the many different possibilities contemplated, the sufficient level of HBV neutralizing antibodies is expressed and maintained by the single injection of the HBV therapeutics that comprises non-replicating viruses or vectors encoding HBV neutralizing antibodies or by multi-injection of exogenous HBV neutralizing antibodies.

摘要： Various uses of visible light interference patterns are provided. Suitable interference patterns are those formed by diffraction from patterns of apertures. Typical uses disclosed herein relate to spatial metrology, such as a translational and/or angular position determination system. Further uses include the analysis of properties of the light itself (such as the determination of the wavelength of the electromagnetic radiation). Still further uses include the analysis of one or more properties (e.g. refractive index) of the matter through which the light passes. Part of the interference pattern is captured at a pixellated detector, such as a CCD chip, and the captured pattern compared with a calculated pattern. Very precise measurements of the spacing between maxima is possible, thus allowing very precise measurements of position of the detector in the interference pattern.

摘要： A data transmission system includes a sender, at least one receiver, a sender controller, and a receiver controller. The sender controller receives an AC signal from an AC power source via a first AC input port, receives data from the sender via a first data port, and processes the received AC signal according to the received data, and outputs a processed AC signal via a first AC output port. The receiver controller receives the processed AC signal from the sender controller via the second AC input port, powers the at least one receiver using the processed AC signal via the second AC output port, and converts the processed AC signal to corresponding data and transmits the data to the at least one receiver via a second data port.
