摘要： A method and system for improving the quality of original metadata associated with media on a computer network, such as multimedia and streaming media, includes analyzing each field of the URL of the multimedia and streaming media. Each field is analyzed to identify new metadata associated with that field. Identified new metadata is added to the original metadata. In another embodiment, the fields in the URL are reorganized in reverse order and metadata associated with a prefix of fields of the reorganized URL is added to the original metadata. In yet another embodiment, the contents of the field next to the prefix of fields is used to improve the quality of the original metadata.

摘要： Demand for refueling of a liquid metal fast nuclear reactor having a life of 30 years is eliminated or reduced to intervals of at least 10 years by operating the reactor at a low linear-power density, typically 2.5 kw/ft of fuel rod, rather than 7.5 or 15 kw/ft, which is the prior art practice. So that power of the same magnitude as for prior art reactors is produced, the volume of the core is increased. In addition, the height of the core and it diameter are dimensioned so that the ratio of the height to the diameter approximates 1 to the extent practicable considering the requirement of control and that the pressure drop in the coolant shall not be excessive. The surface area of a cylinder of given volume is a minimum if the ratio of the height to the diameter is 1. By minimizing the surface area, the leakage of neutrons is reduced. By reducing the linear-power density, increasing core volume, reducing fissile enrichment and optimizing core geometry, internal-core breeding of fissionable fuel is substantially enhanced. As a result, core operational life, limited by control worth requirements and fuel burnup capability, is extended up to 30 years of continuous power operation.

摘要： A device and method for producing a finished wood material beam assembly and, in particular, a finished prestressed wood material beam assembly. The device includes a support having a top that has movable chord and web adjusters carried thereon. The adjusters may be selectively moved and adjusted as desired both horizontally and vertically, so that the chords and web of the assembly may be received thereon at selected desired heights. As such, the adjusters may be selectively adjusted to precisely conform to the specific size and dimensions of the chords and the web being supported thereby. Securing cylinders and stops carried by the table are also adjustable to securely hold the assembly in place. A prestressing cylinder and prestressing stop carried by the table are also adjustable to prestress a portion of the assembly disposed therebetween. Mechanical and adhesive fasteners are applied to the portions of the assembly by respective devices. In one embodiment, the mechanical and adhesive fasteners are carried by a movable bridge that extends over width of the top and which is movable along the length of the top.

摘要： An apparatus and method for securing the front and back upholstery material portions together over a metal frame for a chair back in a vehicle chair. The chair back is of the type that folds downwardly. A channel member is secured to the bottom of the frame for the chair back. Clips having U-shaped portions are secured to the channel so that the U-shaped portions face out of the channel. The upholstery material is sewed into an enclosure with a front portion, a back portion, and an open bottom. The enclosure is inserted over the metal frame. The ends of the front and back portions are tightly drawn together and inserted into the clips for retention. Stiffening members are secured to the ends.
