摘要： A system provides for locking or unlocking a lock at a door of an intelligent door lock system at a dwelling by a designated dwelling user. An intelligent door lock system includes a remotely operable lock at a dwelling accessible by a user and a server in communication with the intelligent door lock system. A user mobile device is in communication with the server. The user mobile device includes an App that provides for locking and/or unlocking of the lock of the intelligent door lock system. The user communicates with the server using the user's mobile device, and the server is configured to process the user crossings one or more geo-locations relative to the dwelling and create a data set that is stored in a database.

摘要： An intelligent door lock and remote access system includes a mobile device with a controller that transmits a first signal. A lock device has a controller and an accelerometer. In response to a receipt of the first signal the mobile device begins a process for locking and unlocking a door where the lock is located. The lock device includes a controller and an accelerator, with the accelerator acting upon processing of the first signal and in response causing a rotation of an element coupled to the accelerator to unlock the door.

摘要： A Bluetooth/WiFi bridge system has one or more bridges in a dwelling. Each bridge includes a computing device in an interior of a dwelling with an internet-facing radio, and a second radio communicating with one or more Bluetooth LE devices. The computing device provides for coordination of information flow between the two radios. The computing device is configured to enable the two radios to communicate and take incoming and outgoing information from one radio into a format that the other radio can transmit and receive. One or more Bluetooth devices or Bluetooth peripheral devices, collectively, Bluetooth devices, are in communication with the bridge. An intelligent door lock system is in communication with the bridge and the one or more Bluetooth devices. The bridge uses detection of a Bluetooth device that is associated with a person to track signal strength between the bridge and the Bluetooth device to determine where the person is located in the interior of the dwelling.

摘要： An intelligent door lock system includes a position sensing device configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device. The position sensing device senses position of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device. A processor is coupled to a wireless communication module that utilizes audio and RF communication to communicate. Audio is used to communicate a security key to the wireless communication device and the RF increases a wireless communication range to and from the wireless communication device. A circuit is coupled to the engine and to an energy source. A device converts energy into mechanical energy and is coupled to the circuit, positioning sensing device and the drive shaft. The device that converts energy is coupled to the energy source to receive energy from the energy source.

摘要： A wireless access control system is provided to lock or unlock a first door at a dwelling of a user. A user remote access device transmits a first signal and a second signal. The user remote access device is configured to be in communication with an intelligent door lock system at the dwelling with the first door. The intelligent door lock system includes: a position sensing device configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device, the position sensing device sensing position of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking the first lock of the lock device, an engine with a memory coupled to the position sensing device, the engine configured to execute software instructions relative to the positioning sensing device and an energy source coupled to the circuit. The user remote access device provides the first signal to the intelligent lock system for locking or unlocking of the first lock. The intelligent door lock system allows controlled access to the dwelling that includes an occupant of the dwelling as well as a designated third person granted access rights by the occupant. The user remote access device is configured to be in communication to a second lock at a vehicle of the user or at an office of the user. The user remote access device communicates with the second lock with the second signal to cause the second lock to lock or be unlocked. The remote access device has a controller for generating the first and second signals.
