The incoming communication may have a different service type (e.g., email, telephone call, instant message chat) compared to stored communications that make up the communication history for a contacting party. Multiple uniform resource identifiers may be accessed upon processing of identification information associated with the contacting party's incoming communication. Communication histories associated with each uniform resource identifier may be accessed and combined to provide a party receiving the communication with a complete communication history including stored communications having differing service types.
