The organic light emitting display device includes: a data driver coupled to data lines that are formed on the panel; a scan driver mounted on the panel and coupled to scan lines that are formed on the panel; input lines for receiving clock signals from the outside; first connecting lines overlapped with a cathode electrode and electrically coupled to the input lines and for supplying the clock signals to the scan driver; second connecting lines electrically coupled to the input lines; and third connecting lines for electrically coupling the first connecting lines to the second connecting lines.
