    • An organic light emitting display device comprising: a data driver supplying data signals to data output lines; a scan driver supplying scan signals sequentially to scan output lines; a light emitting control line driver supplying light emitting control signals to light emitting control output lines; and a pixel unit including a plurality of pixels connected to the output lines of each driver, at least one driver having a buffer circuit disposed at each output line. Each buffer circuit comprises a transistor having a gate layer, source and drain layers and a metal layer for shielding Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), wherein the metal layer is formed over the gate layer when the gate layer is overlapped by one of the source or a drain electrodes, or the metal layer is formed to not overlap the gate layer when the gate layer is not overlapped by the source or a drain electrodes.

    • A pixel at an ith pixel row (i is a natural number) includes an organic light emitting diode (OLED); a driving transistor for supplying a current to the OLED and a storage capacitor between a gate electrode of the driving transistor and an (i−1)th emission control line; and a compensating unit for controlling a voltage of the gate electrode of the driving transistor to compensate for deterioration of the OLED. The compensating unit includes: a first compensating unit transistor and a second compensating unit transistor between the OLED and a first power source; first and second feedback capacitors between a second node between the first and second compensating unit transistors and a first node between the gate electrode of the driving transistor and the storage capacitor; and a third compensating unit transistor coupled between a third node between the first and second feedback capacitors and a reference voltage source.

    • There is provided an emission control driver including a first signal processing unit for receiving an input power from an input power source, a main input signal, and a sub input signal, and for outputting a first output signal and a second output signal, a second signal processing unit for receiving the first output signal, the second output signal, and a clock signal, and for outputting a third output signal, and a third signal processing unit for receiving the first output signal and the second output signal, and for outputting an emission control signal. The width of the emission control signals may be freely controlled and the emission control driver having a simple structure, and the organic light emitting display using the same, may be provided.
