The first pressure passes through a first pressure pipe (38) and acts on a first measuring surface, the second pressure passes through a second pressure pipe (39) and acts on a second pressure surface opposite to the first surface of the adjusting valve (26), the first pressure being higher than the second pressure. Said invention is characterized in that a pressure chamber (45) is arranged between the first and second measuring surfaces, thereby forming a discharge channel towards the second pressure pipe (39).
