A solar cell sealing film, comprising, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a crosslinker and hydrotalcite, which further contains a (meth)acrylate compound represented by the following formula (I): in which R1, R2 and R3 each independently represent H or CH3, and n is an integer of 9 to 14; and a solar cell using the solar cell sealing film.
