In the method, through centralized resource control of a resource and admission control subsystem (RACS), sharing of multicast/unicast resources is realized. The method for admission control of multicast comprises: a network device receives a multicast request and executes admission control operation of multicast resources according to the multicast request; when multicast resources are not sufficient, the network device sends an outer resources request to a resources admission control device, and executes multicast operation according to the results of admission control operation returned by the resources admission control device responsive to said outer resources request. The method for admission control of unicast comprises: a resources admission control device receives a unicast resources request and executes admission control operation of unicast resources according to the unicast resources request; when the unicast resources are not sufficient, the resources admission control device sends an outer resources request to a network device; the resources admission control device executes unicast operation according to the results of admission control operation returned by the network device responsive to said outer resources request. The embodiment of this invention guarantees fast handoff of multicast service channel in the case of implementing resources share of multicast services and unicast services, and the implementation is simple.

摘要： A method, device and system for managing resources in networks are provided, which relate to the field of data communication. The method includes the following steps. A resource manager (RM) sends a first request message according to a received resource request message, to request an access node (AN) to perform admission control. After receiving an admission control result indicating whether a resource requested by the resource request message is admitted, the RM sends a response message of the resource request message. Therefore, when multicast/unicast connection admission control (CAC) that supports shared bandwidth is realized, flow fusions of user line configuration between the AN and a broadband remote access system (BRAS, and policy distribution between a resource and admission control subsystem (RACS) and the BRAS are guaranteed; and sharing of bandwidth resources is realized to avoid waste of the bandwidth resources.

摘要： Described herein are solid solution composites that are used as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. The solid solution composite of α LiMVO4-βLiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2, in which LiMVO4 has cubic close-packed structure, LiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 has hexagonal layered structure, and both share an oxygen lattice fully or partly. The new solid solution materials have advantage for lithium-ion batteries that the working voltage of the composite is adjustable by controlling the molar ratio of α and β and have higher working voltage than current secondary battery materials.Also described herein are methods of preparing such composite.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for changing the development pattern, increasing the growth and starch accumulation, changing the structure of starch and increasing the resistance to water stress in plants. The method involves culturing plants in an atmosphere containing volatile elements emitted by a microorganism, without there being any physical contact between the microorganism and the plant. The method is based on the discovery that the volatile elements emitted by Gram-positive or Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and microscopic fungi stimulate an increase in the growth of plants in general, with an increase in the height, the number of leaves and/or the number of branches of the plant, as well as an increase in the accumulated starch and structural change of this biopolymer, and modification of the development pattern, with an increase in floral buds. An increased resistance to water stress can also be observed, in addition to an increase in starch in leaves separated from whole plants.
