摘要： A data flow control method, and related device and communication system are provided. In the solutions of a data flow control, a first gateway receives a first message sent by a user equipment (UE) through a first access network, where the first message carries first Internet Protocol (IP) flow identification information; the first gateway sends a second message to a packet data network gateway, and receives a third message sent by the packet data network gateway, where the third message carries third IP flow identification information, and the third IP flow identification information is used to identify an IP flow that is allowed by a network to be transmitted by the UE through the first access network and/or an IP flow that is allowed by a network to be transmitted by the UE through a second access network; and the first gateway sends a fourth message to the UE.

A first network-side entity receives a first request message sent by first user equipment, where the first request message includes identity information of the first user equipment and an application identifier; and it is determined, at least according to acquired proximity service configuration data of the first user equipment, that the first user equipment can perform a proximity service corresponding to the application identifier. In this way, a first proximity service server authorizes and authenticates two user equipment that require a proximity service.

In a cell access processing method, an access request message is sent by a terminal. The access request message includes identification information of the terminal. A CSG information response message is sent by the CSG subscription information server according to the CSG information request message. The CSG information response message includes CSG information corresponding to the identification information of the terminal. Access control is performed on the terminal according to the CSG information.

The method includes receiving a handover request for a handover to a target home base station, where the handover request is sent by a source home base station, determining whether the source home base station and the target home base station are in a same local network, if yes, sending the connection establishment related information of the target home base station to the L-GW to which the target home base station connects, and establishing a user-plane tunnel between the target home base station and the connected L-GW. Through the present invention, continuity of an LIPA IP data session can be implemented when a terminal is handed over between different home base stations in the same local network.

A method includes: receiving, by a trusted wireless local area network access network TWAN device, a trigger message from a user equipment; obtaining, by the TWAN device, an access point name APN from the user equipment; sending, by the TWAN device, a create session request message carrying the APN to a PDN gateway; receiving, by the TWAN device, a create session response message carrying an IP address from the PDN gateway; and sending, by the TWAN device, the IP address to the user equipment. In this way, an additional PDN connection or a non-default PDN connection is established for a user equipment to extend a network access range of the user equipment.

摘要： The present invention discloses a local network and a method for establishing a connection between a local gateway and a home base station therein. As regards a newly proposed home base station network architecture 1, a mobility management network element receives L-GW information sent by the home base station, selects an L-GW which is located in the same local network as the home base station at least according to the received L-GW information and then informs the L-GW, through an S-GW, of establishing a PDN connection and a tunnel bearer with the home base station, thereby providing a local IP access for a UE.
