The latch assembly has a housing with a cover, a plurality of latches and a corresponding plurality of latch lever arm extending from a latch lever, such that pivotable movement of the latch lever is translated to rotational movement of the latches between a plug capture position and a plug release position.

摘要： There is provided a terminal for an electrical power cable that includes a conductive clip, a terminal block, and a set screw. The clip resides in the terminal block and includes a plurality of openings sized to receive low voltage connectors, such as spade connectors. The openings in the clip are arranged to organize the spade connectors and their respective pigtail connections. The location and orientation of the clip and the spade connectors is such that, when the set screw is installed in the terminal block, force is applied by the set screw onto the clip. The clip compresses and secures the spade connectors to the terminal block.

摘要： Disclosed is an auxiliary contact assembly for an industrial connector, such as an electrical plug and electrical receptacle. The receptacle has a line side contact assembly formed by a cavity elongated in a proximal direction with an open distal end, and a plurality of inner side surfaces. A plurality of line side contacts are arranged on the inner side surfaces of the cavity. At least two of the line side contacts are on separate non-adjacent inner side surfaces at a first distance from the distal end of the cavity and at least one of the plurality of line side contacts is on an intervening inner side surface between the separate non-adjacent inner side surfaces and at a second distance from the distal end so that the contacts are staggered along the length of the cavity. The plug includes a load side contact assembly formed by a support body having a plurality of outer side surfaces that is elongated in the proximal direction. The support body is shaped to be inserted into the cavity with the outer side surfaces of the support body corresponding with the inner side surfaces of the cavity. The load side contact assembly has a plurality of load side contacts positioned to contact corresponding ones of the plurality of line side contacts when the support body is inserted into the cavity.

摘要： An illuminated power receptacle includes a base having at least one set of contacts for receiving a plug. Each set of contacts having at least two openings for receiving a respective prong of a plug. There is a cover mounted on the base with an outlet member corresponding to each set of contacts. Each outlet member includes an outlet face with an opaque material and an outer periphery. Each outlet face includes at least two openings configured to receive and guide a respective prong of the plug into the set of at least two openings of the corresponding set of contacts. Each outlet member also includes an outlet rim made of a translucent material disposed about the outer periphery of the outlet face. There is light source disposed between the base and the cover that transmits light that passes through each outlet rim and is blocked by the opaque material.
