    • The present invention relates to a motion error detector comprising a motion estimator for dividing a current frame into a plurality of blocks having a predetermined size, and estimating a motion vector of a current block by comparing the current block among the plurality of blocks with a predetermined searching region set in a previous frame. A global motion estimator calculates a global motion vector on the basis of motion vectors of neighboring blocks of the current block; and an error detector compares the motion vector of the current block and a corresponding motion estimation error for estimating motion with the global motion vector and a corresponding global motion estimation error, respectively, and determines whether the motion vector of the current block is erroneous. Thus, a motion error detector, a motion error compensator including the same, and a method for detecting and compensating a motion error using the motion error compensator is provided, in which a motion error of a current block is detected on the basis of a global motion, and the motion error is decreased by changing a compensation mode according to the number of detected errors.

    • A motion estimator for generating an interpolation frame based on current and previous frames is provided. The motion estimator includes: a first candidate motion vector calculating unit which divides the current frame into plural blocks and generates plural first candidate motion vector groups, each group including a first candidate motion vector for each of the blocks calculated based on a previous motion vector previously estimated; a second candidate motion vector calculating unit which calculates plural second candidate motion vectors for each of the blocks, each of the second candidate motion vectors being calculated based on a respective first candidate motion vector included in each of the first candidate motion vector group; and a final motion vector deciding unit which selects a final motion vector for each of the blocks from among the second candidate motion vectors, the interpolation frame being generated based on the final motion vector.

    • A sense amplifier circuit for a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, with NAND structured cells, includes a bit line isolation section located between a pair of bit lines connected to a memory cell array and a pair of sub-bit lines connected to an input/output gate circuit, a latch type voltage-controlled current source having n-channel MOS transistors connected to the sub-bit lines, and a switching section connected between the voltage-controlled current source and a signal line. The bit lines are electrically isolated from the sub-bit lines by provision of a bit line isolation section receiving an isolation control signal during the sensing operation. The sense amplifier circuit sensing operation is not affected by bit line load impedance and, accordingly, the sensing speed is improved and peak current is reduced.
