    • A method to make packages of objects for celebrations or parties, such as paper cups, plates, cutlery, and napkins with graphical of figurative elements, i.e., identifying indicia, different from one another, an apparatus that carries out this method, and a package resulting therefrom. The method comprises the steps of: printing or applying on each object (10a) a first plurality of a first graphical or figurative element (11a); repeating the printing or applying step for further pluralities of equal objects (10b, 10c) with a second graphical or figurative element (11b) for a second plurality (10b), with a third graphical or figurative element (11c) for a third plurality (10c), etc.; creating stacked groups of objects picked up one at a time from each plurality of equal object, whereby each unit comprises only one of said objects of each plurality (10a or 10b or 10c); and packaging the stacked groups (30). The step of stacking the different pluralities of objects with different identifying indica can be carried out in different feeding means (20a, 20b, 20c), and it is possible that groups of objects (30) are picked up one at a time at the passage under the feeding means.

    • The assembly platform is provided with a heatable working surface allowing an equipping of printed circuit boards which can be temporarily mounted thereto. Individual devices or components, respectively, can be retrieved via a retrieving opening from a component storage rotary carousel including a plurality of compartments which components are placed thereafter on the printed circuit board. At a given time only one of the compartments is accessible. A heating chamber allows a preheating of the soldering paste of a setting of adhesives for mounted components prior to the soldering proper thereof. The equipped printed circuit board pretreated in the heating room is repositioned on the working surface for the final soldering. This assembly platform allows completing all equipping steps of the SMT-technique at one single operating station.

    • Methods and apparatus for generating a private-public key pair, for encrypting a message for transmission through an unsecure communication medium (30), and for decrypting the message are disclosed. The methods are based on the well-known McEliece cryptosystem or on its Niederreiter variant. More general transformation matrices Q are used in place of permutation matrices, possibly together with an appropriate selection of the intentional error vectors. The transformation matrices Q are non-singular n×n matrices having the form Q=R+T, where the matrix R is a rank-z matrix and the matrix T is some other matrix rendering Q non-singular. The new Q matrices, though at least potentially being dense, have a limited propagation effect on the intentional error vectors for the authorized receiver. The use of this kind of matrices allows to better disguise the private key into the public one, without yielding any further error propagation effect. Based on this family of Q matrices, the presently proposed cryptosystem enables the use of different families of codes than Goppa codes, such as RS codes, by ensuring increased public key security.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus capable of supplying a portion of warm food product, consisting at least of one food component, for example selected among typical components of the dressing of a pizza, and used for filling an edible container, for example a wafer, creating a ready-to-eat single-dose warm food product. The apparatus provides a heating chamber (20) comprising a recess having an inner heated surface (82), in which a piston (84) slides sweeping the surface (82) and pushing towards an outlet (83) at least one food component (33) heated in said heating chamber (20) and coming from a magazine (30). The magazine (30) may be refrigerated (32), and a liquid food component (40) may be added. The heating chamber (20) is heated by an electrical resistance (81). The apparatus, furthermore, comprises a system (50) for applying a dressing on the upper surface of the product and a carousel (60) for positioning automatically an edible container (71) in different operative stations.
