摘要： A touch screen display device and a driving method of the same are provided. The touch screen display device includes a touch screen display panel including a plurality of first sensing lines that extend in a first direction, a plurality of second sensing lines that extend in a second direction and cross the first direction, and a plurality of touch sensing elements respectively arranged at areas where the first sensing lines and the second sensing lines cross each other; and a read-out unit that receives output signals of the respective first sensing lines and second sensing lines, reading at least one sensing position, and outputting one of the at least one read sensing positions as a touch position, wherein if the number of sensing positions of the current frame is equal to or greater than two, the read-out unit compares the at least two sensing positions of the current frame with a touch position of the previous frame, and outputs the sensing position that is closest to the touch position of the previous frame as a touch position of the current frame.

摘要： In a touch sensing display device, a plurality of sensor scanning lines extend in a first direction and sequentially receive a first voltage, and a plurality of sensor data lines extend in a second, different, direction. A plurality of sensing elements are formed in regions defined by the sensor scanning lines and the sensor data lines, and each sensing element transmits the first voltage from a corresponding sensor scanning line to a corresponding sensor data line responsive to an external touch. A sensing signal processor converts voltages of the sensor data lines into sensing data, and, a touch determining unit processes the sensing data corresponding to the sensor scanning lines by at least one scanning line to determine positions of touch regions generated during at least one frame.

摘要： A display device includes: a plurality of sensing data lines; a plurality of sensing units that output sensing signals through the plurality of sensing data lines; a signal selector that selects one sensing signal among the plurality of sensing signals; an automatic voltage adjusting unit that, when one sensing signal is selected by the signal selector, performs a controlling operation so as to allow a magnitude of the selected sensing signal to be in a predetermined range; and a voltage generator that adjusts the magnitude of the voltage applied to the sensing data lines based on a control signal output from the automatic voltage adjusting unit. According to the voltage adjusting operation, the sensing signal output through the sensing data line is always in an appropriate range. As a result, the touch determining operation on the sensing units can be accurately performed, so that it is possible to improve reliability of the sensing units.
