摘要： A rotation device rotates a sheet on an upstream side of, in a sheet conveyance orientation, a working device positioned in a middle of a conveyance path, thereby changing an orientation of the sheet. 摘要： An image forming apparatus is capable of compositing a plurality of pieces of image data. The image forming apparatus includes a color conversion and compression unit, an expansion and composition unit, and an image forming unit. The color conversion and compression unit color-converts and then compresses each of the plurality of pieces of image data in units of band data, the band data being part of the image data. The expansion and composition unit expands and composites, in units of the band data, the plurality of pieces of image data color-converted and then compressed in units of the band data by the color conversion and compression unit. The image forming unit forms an image on the basis of the band data composited by the expansion and composition unit.
