摘要： Provided is an intra-subject medical system which includes a body-insertable device and a physical quantity generator. The body-insertable device is to be introduced into a subject, is covered by a capsule-shaped exterior member, and includes a physical quantity detecting member which has a directivity to detect a predetermined physical quantity; at least one functional member which has a necessary function for examining or treating inside the subject; and a switch control unit which controls an on/off state or operation mode of the at least one functional member when the physical quantity detecting member detects a physical quantity. The physical quantity generator has a physical quantity emitting unit which emits a temporary physical quantity inside the subject; and a physical quantity direction changing unit which changes an emission direction of the physical quantity.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to actively control at least one of the position and direction of the imaging field in a subject and to observe a desired observed region in the subject certainly in a short period of time. A body-insertable device system according to the present invention includes a capsule endoscope 1 introduced into a subject and a permanent magnet 3. An imaging unit of the capsule endoscope 1 for taking an image inside the subject is fixed in a casing. The capsule endoscope 1 includes a drive unit for changing at least one of the position and posture of the casing in the liquid 2a which is also introduced in the subject 100. The permanent magnet 3 controls the operation of the drive unit for changing at least one of the position and posture of the casing in the liquid 2a.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermal transfer sheet which has a high transfer sensitivity in thermal transfer printing to obtain a high density print, has a high sharpness of thermal transfer images, can prevent an abnormal transfer in printing even after being stored at high temperature and high humidity, and can provide a sufficiently satisfactory printed matter.The above object is achieved by a thermal transfer sheet comprising: a substrate; a heat resistant slip layer provided on one side of the substrate; an undercoat layer and a dye layer provided in that order on the other side of the substrate, wherein the undercoat layer is formed by applying and drying a coating liquid which contains, as main components, a water soluble self cross-linking resin and colloidal inorganic pigment ultrafine particles, and cross-linking polymerizing the water soluble self cross-linking resin, or wherein the undercoat layer is formed by using colloidal inorganic pigment ultrafine particles and a copolymer resin of vinyl pyrrolidone and vinyl acetate as main components.

摘要： An endoscope has a channel switching device for use in switching over a suction channel. The channel switching device consists broadly of a cylinder unit and valve unit. The valve unit can be disassembled into three component parts; a button assembly, piston assembly, and mount assembly. The button assembly has a cap, which is made of a rigid resin such as polyether ketone (PEEK) or polysulfone (PSU), as the uppermost part thereof. Since the cap is made of a rigid resin durable to autoclaving; such as, PSU or PEEK, the valve unit will not be damaged due to autoclaving. Even when the autoclaved valve unit is put to use though it is not yet cooled down, an operator will not perceive heat very much but can manipulate the endoscope as he/she intends.

摘要： In an endoscope system including an endoscope having an insertion section and an operation section and a disposable protection cover having an insertion section cover having formed therein a forceps channel and a forceps inlet opening through which a forceps can be inserted into the forceps channel, the forceps inlet opening is selectively closed by a forceps plug which is made of resilient material and separately formed from the insertion section cover.
