摘要： A waste heat recovery system includes: a heater which evaporates a working medium by exchanging heat between supercharged air supplied to an engine and the working medium; an expander which expands the working medium which has flowed out from the heater; a power recovery device connected to the expander; a condenser which condenses the working medium which has flowed out from the expander; a cooling medium supply pipe for supplying a cooling medium to an air cooler which cools the supercharged air which has flowed out from the heater; a cooling medium pump which is provided in the cooling medium supply pipe and which sends the cooling medium to the air cooler; and a branch pipe which bifurcates a part of the cooling medium flowing in the cooling medium supply pipe, to the condenser, in such a manner that the working medium is cooled by the cooling medium.

摘要： A thermal energy recovery device includes: a circulation line having an evaporator, an expander, a condenser, and a pump; a power recovery machine; a first on-off valve; a thermal energy introduction line configured to introduce a gas phase working medium into a post-expansion space; a second on-off valve; and a control unit. Until an evaporation condition that a liquid phase working medium accumulated in the post-expansion space has reached an amount equal to or smaller than a reference amount is met, the control unit closes the first on-off valve and opens the second on-off valve, and drives the pump in a state where the expander is stopped, and when the evaporation condition is met, the control unit opens the first on-off valve and closes the second on-off valve, and drives the expander.

摘要： A thermal energy recovery device capable of suppressing a rapid increase of thermal stress generated in an evaporator when the operation is started and a start-up method thereof are provided. The thermal energy recovery device includes an evaporator, a preheater, an energy recovery unit, a circulating flow path, a pump, a heating medium flow path for supplying a heating medium to the evaporator and the preheater, a flow adjustment unit provided in a portion on the upstream side than the evaporator within the heating medium flow path, and a control unit. The control unit controls the flow adjustment unit so that the inflow amount of the heating medium in a gas-phase to the evaporator gradually increases, in a state that the pump is stopped, until the temperature of the evaporator becomes a specified value.

摘要： A thermal energy recovery device of the present invention includes a heater that evaporates a working medium by a heat medium, an expander into which the working medium flowing out from the heater flows, a power generator that recovers expansion energy of the working medium expanded in the expander, a condenser of a condensing unit that condenses the working medium flowing out from the expander, and a pump that feeds the working medium condensed in the condenser to the heater. A connection portion between the condenser and the pump has a connection end portion connected to an inflow port of the pump, a bent portion bent upward from the connection end portion, and a standing portion extending upward from the bent portion so that the working medium in a gas phase is suppressed from coming into the pump even in an environment where vibration is generated.

摘要： A thermal energy recovery device includes: a circulating flow path connected to a heater, an expander, a condenser and a circulating pump for circulating a working medium; a bypass valve in a bypass path connecting the upstream side region and the downstream side region of the expander in the circulating flow path; a power recovery machine connected to the expander; a circulating pump sending the working medium condensed in the condenser to the heater; a cooling medium pump sending a cooling medium to the condenser; an upstream side sensor detecting the pressure/temperature of the working medium on the expander upstream side in the circulating flow path; and a controller controlling the bypass valve and the cooling medium pump. The controller opens the bypass valve after stopping the circulating pump, and drives the cooling medium pump if the pressure/temperature of the working medium on the expander upstream side exceeds a threshold.
