    • A valve assembly to dispense fluid from fluid containers including a member that is rotatably slideable in a tube between open and closed positions. The valve assembly utilizes sealing beads to provide seals so that fluid cannot be dispensed from the assembly when the assembly is in the closed position. The valve assembly also includes a tamper evident indicator to show a user whether or not the valve assembly has been previously actuated. The tamper evident indicator may include a tab that is broken when the valve assembly is first actuated. The tamper evident indicator may also include a skirt that either detaches from a knob or fractures when the valve assembly is first actuated.

    • An ultra wideband radar system for detecting objects where at least one of the radar system or the object is moving. The radar may be scanned in at least one dimension, which may include angle or range. The system includes a scan combiner that combines scan information in accordance with a trajectory characteristic of a moving object and/or of a moving platform on which the radar resides. Scans may be combined by integration or filtering. A fast calculation method is described wherein the scans are combined into subsets and subsets are shifted in accordance with the trajectory characteristics before further combination. The scan information is combined in accordance with trajectory characteristics to enhance the object signal to noise. Further features are described wherein the scan information is combined according to a family of candidate trajectories and/or object positions.

    • A multifunctional device is disclosed for facilitating plant growth by shining a solar-powered light over plants, and can provide other functions. The multifunctional device comprises a center post, a ground stake, and solar panels. The center post telescopically expands and retracts. The ground stake tapers to a point on one end and can be secured in the ground. Further, the solar panels fold down against the center post for storage, unfold perpendicular to the center post, and are locked in place when in use via a locking collar. The solar panels comprise an underside and a topside, with solar cells secured to the topside and lights secured to the underside. The solar cells absorb sunlight, and turn the sunlight into electrical energy which is used to charge the solar batteries housed in the center post. The solar batteries power the lights located on the solar panels.
