摘要： The disclosure discloses a method for chemically synthesizing a Helicobacter pylori core lipopolysaccharide oligosaccharide antigen carbohydrate chain, and belongs to the technical field of carbohydrate chemistry. The disclosure uses D-glucose, D-galactose and D-mannose as starting materials, which undergo a series of protection and deprotection reactions to prepare eight monosaccharide blocks. The eight monosaccharide block compounds as shown in formulas 2 to 9 undergo glycosylation reactions under catalysis of corresponding activating reagents, to prepare H. pylori lipopolysaccharide core oligosaccharide antigen fragments as shown in formula 1. The disclosure further combines the synthesized oligosaccharide fragments with a chip to make a carbohydrate chip, screens the optimal antigen fragments using patient serum, or combines the synthesized oligosaccharide fragments with carrier proteins to make glycoconjugates.

摘要： The disclosure relates to an enzymatic preparation method of inclusion complexes of tributyrin, and belongs to the technical field of oil microencapsulation. The disclosure combines enzymatic synthesis of cyclodextrin and inclusion of tributyrin with cyclodextrin, including enzymatic preparation of cyclodextrin with a CGT enzyme. Tributyrin is added in the preparation process; after reaction, Tween is added, and homogenization and spray drying are carried out. The effect of the finally obtained tributyrin powder is much better than that of single inclusion of tributyrin with cyclodextrin. The disclosure is simple in process, low in cost and convenient in operation; reaction processes are free of toxicity and pollution; there are no toxic reagent residues; the inclusion effect is obvious, and better utilization of a nutritional additive tributyrin in actual production is facilitated.

摘要： A method for extraction and multi-scenario utilization of flaxseed protein-polysaccharide natural mixture is disclosed, comprising:(1) raw material pretreatment; (2) extraction of mixture I; (3) multi-scenario utilization of mixture I; (4) extraction of mixture II; and (5) multi-scenario utilization of mixture II. Compared with the traditional extraction mode (such as alkali-solution and acid-isolation method) of flaxseed protein, the method of the invention can enrich the flaxseed protein more efficiently, greenly and moderately, and can co-extract polysaccharide from flaxseed meal to form the flaxseed protein-polysaccharide natural mixture. Physical field/bio-enzyme coupling ultrasonic technique solves the bottleneck problem of low extraction rate of the flaxseed protein-polysaccharide natural mixture by water extraction method. By controlling the types of physical field/enzyme, action parameters and treatment time, flaxseed protein-polysaccharide natural mixtures with different proportions can be customized and endowed with multiple functional properties, so as to satisfy the multi-scenario utilization of mixtures I and II.
