摘要： In one aspect, a valve is provided. The valve includes a body having a first inlet, a second inlet and an outlet. The valve further includes a shuttle disposed in the body. The shuttle is movable within the body between a first position and a second position, wherein the first inlet is open and the second inlet is closed when the shuttle is in the first position, and wherein the first inlet is closed and the second inlet is open when the shuttle is in the second position. In addition, the valve includes a non-metallic seal assembly disposed adjacent each inlet. The seal assembly having a seal member with a V-shaped configuration. In another aspect, a method of moving a shuttle in a valve is provided. The method includes three stages of dampening which slows the velocity of the shuttle as it moves within a body of the valve toward an inlet.

摘要： A subsea pressure regulator includes: a spring housing; a spring disposed therein; a body having a bore formed therethrough and inlet and outlet ports; drive and balance adapters connected to opposite ends of the body; drive and balance plungers; and a supply seal assembly. Each plunger has: a piston shoulder engaged with the respective adapter, a first portion in fluid communication with an outlet chamber, and a second portion in fluid communication with ambient pressure. The supply seal assembly includes a seal carrier connected to the plungers and a seal bore formed therethrough. The spring biases the seal carrier toward an open position. The drive plunger is operable to move the seal carrier to a closed position in response to sufficient pressure in the outlet chamber overcoming the spring bias.

摘要： A directional control valve for selectively communicating a valve outlet to one of a vent port and a pressure supply port includes a poppet extending through a cage. Relative positioning of the poppet to the cage selects which of the vent and pressure supply port is communicated to the valve outlet. The poppet position relative to the cage is provided by supplying fluid pressure to one of the opposed sides thereof, and the poppet latches with the cage so that the fluid pressure on one of the sides of the poppet need not be maintained to maintain the poppet position in the valve.

摘要： A poppet valve is provided wherein the poppet and seat are integrally aligned to a bore within a housing of the valve. The poppet is configured to reciprocate within a guide also aligned to the bore, and a spring is provided between the guide and the poppet to bias the poppet against the seat. The poppet guide is positioned, with respect to the bore, by having an alignment portion thereof fixed in a feature of the housing in which it extends, and a second housing secures the feature in the first housing. A pilot, selectively positionable by a piston, is provided to mechanically move the poppet off of the seat.

摘要： A shuttle valve having a cage fixed in the cross bore thereof by opposed inlet adaptors extending into opposed first and second inlets is provided. A shuttle is reciprocally located in a bore in the cage, to selectively seal one of the first or second inlets from fluid communication with the valve outlet. The shuttle may be spring biased to maintain one of the inlets in the closed position without the need to apply a pressure into an inlet of the valve.

摘要： A dynamic variable orifice includes a housing within which are located a rotor having at least one opening extending therethrough, and at least one seat ring, having an opening therethrough, biased thereagainst. In response to a pressure spike occurring at the inlet of the dynamic variable orifice, the rotor moves axially and rotationally in the housing, to selectively align the opening in the rotor with the opening in the seat ring.
