摘要： Provided are an array substrate, a touch display panel and a method for calculating touch pressure. The array substrate includes: a display region with a non-display region around the display region, thin film transistors in the display region and having an active layer, at least two semiconductor pressure sensors, a bias voltage applying circuit for applying a bias voltage to each semiconductor pressure sensor, and a voltage detecting circuit for acquiring a strain voltage from each semiconductor pressure sensor. A first straight line connecting a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal of the semiconductor pressure sensor intersects a second straight line connecting a third connecting terminal and a fourth connecting terminal of the semiconductor pressure sensor. The semiconductor pressure sensor is a semiconductor film in a polygonal structure having at least four sides, the active layer and the semiconductor film are in a same layer.

The array substrate includes a plurality of touch electrodes, a plurality of touch lines, a first repairing line, a second repairing line and at least one third repairing line. The touch lines and the touch electrodes are in one-to-one correspondence and are electrically connected. The first repairing line and the second repairing line are arranged in the same layer, and are not arranged in the same layer with the touch lines. The first repairing line and the second repairing line intersect each touch line. The at least one third repairing line is arranged in the same layer with the touch lines, and intersects the first repairing line and the second repairing line. The repairing lines can be used for repairing the disconnected touch lines, so that the production yield is enhanced.

Projections of the first sub-electrodes and the second sub-electrodes onto a layer containing the pixel electrodes are respectively located between adjacent pixel electrodes, or the first sub-electrodes and the second sub-electrodes are respectively located between adjacent pixel electrodes. The product of the resistance of the touch electrode and the load capacitance between the touch electrode, the source electrode and the first metal is reduced, which reduces the charging time of the touch driving signal and enables the touch state and the display state to operate in a time division manner.

According to the technical scheme of the disclosure, the semiconductor pressure sensors can be integrated inside the touch display panel.
