    • A power steering device includes an oil-hydraulic pump, an electric motor to drive the pump, an inverter, a control valve, a power cylinder to produce a steering assist, and a control unit to control the drive signal of the inverter. The control valve includes a pump port supplied with oil from the pump, a first and second cylinder ports connected to first and second cylinder chambers on sides of the piston, and a discharge port. Communication between the first cylinder port and the pump port and communication between the second cylinder port and the discharge port, and communication between the first cylinder port and the discharge port and communication between the second cylinder port and the pump port are established in steered status in the other direction. Communication among the pump port and first and second cylinder ports, and isolation of the discharge port from the pump port and first and second cylinder ports are established when the control valve is in neutral status.

    • A fuel cell module includes a power generating unit including a cell stack having connected therein a plurality of cells that generate power by using a hydrogen-containing gas and an oxidant, and a housing accommodating the power generating unit. The housing includes an accommodation chamber having a power generating unit arrangement surface where the power generating unit is disposed and a first side wall section and accommodating the power generating unit, and an oxidant flow channel that is formed on the outside of the accommodation chamber, with the first side wall section being interposed therebetween, and allows the oxidant to pass therethrough. A through hole is formed that connects the accommodation chamber with the oxidant flow channel and serves to supply the oxidant to the cell stack.

    • The present image forming apparatus includes a first control unit and a second control unit driven by built-in clock oscillators to realize the distributed control. The first control unit generates, using a first timer driven by the built-in clock oscillator of the first control unit, a pulse signal corresponding to a predetermined clock rate and outputs the pulse signal to the second control unit. The second control unit measures, using a second timer driven by the built-in clock oscillator of the second control unit, a pulse width of the pulse signal outputted from the first control unit, and calculates a correction coefficient using reference pulse width corresponding to the predetermined clock rate and the measured pulse width. The processing unit processes using the calculated correction coefficient.
