摘要： An X-ray diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment acquires a first X-ray image and a second X-ray image by using mutually-different radiation doses; acquires a third X-ray image based on X-rays radiated onto a region of interest of the subject and onto a region other than the region of interest in mutually-different radiation doses; obtains position information of the region of interest; and on a basis of the position information, generates a subtraction image by calculating a difference between the region of interest in the third X-ray image and a region corresponding to the region of interest in the first X-ray image and calculating a difference between the region other than the region of interest in the third X-ray image and a region corresponding to the region other than the region of interest in the second X-ray image.

摘要： An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an imaging unit, a moving mechanism unit, a modeling unit and a mechanism controller. The imaging unit includes an X-ray generating device which generates X-rays for irradiation of an object put on a table-top and an X-ray detecting device which detects the X-rays. The moving mechanism unit moves the table-top and the imaging unit. The modeling unit displays a table-top model representing the table-top and an imaging unit model representing the imaging unit on a display unit, and moves at least one of the table-top model and the imaging unit model on the display unit, in response to an operation of moving at least one of the table-top model and the imaging unit model. The mechanism controller controls the moving mechanism unit to move the table-top and the imaging unit in accordance with positions of the table-top model and the imaging unit model.

摘要： An estimating apparatus according to an embodiment includes specifying circuitry, deriving circuitry, and display control circuitry. The specifying circuitry specifies a region of a subject irradiated with X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube of an X-ray CT apparatus on a human body model schematically representing the subject. The deriving circuitry assumes the human body model to be at a position where the subject is arranged in radiography performed by the X-ray CT apparatus and derives an exposure dose of the X-rays on a surface of the region specified by the specifying circuitry on the human body model based on irradiation conditions in the radiography. The display control circuitry displays, on a display, information in which the exposure dose derived by the deriving circuitry is associated with the region on the human body model specified by the specifying circuitry.

摘要： An X-ray CT apparatus includes a specifying unit, a setting unit, a controller, and a reconstruction unit. The specifying unit refers to exposure dose information to specify a high exposure area in an imaging area in a subject. The setting unit sets a scan condition under which a cross section of the imaging area can be imaged and under which X-rays are not directly applied to the high exposure area or another scan condition under which a cross section of the imaging area can be imaged and under which an X-ray radiation dose directly applied to the high exposure area is reduced relative to an area other than the high exposure area. The controller collects data of X-rays applied from an X-ray tube and detected by an X-ray detector under the set scan condition. The reconstruction unit reconstructs a tomographic image using the collected data of X-rays.

摘要： According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry generates a plurality of contrast images sequentially based on X-rays after administration of a contrast medium to the object, determines a monitoring region in the plurality of contrast images, monitors change in signal strength of each of pixels included in the monitoring region, and determines whether or not the signal strength of each of the pixels included in the monitoring region satisfies a specified condition. The processing circuitry controls an X-ray generator based on a result of the determination so as to reduce an X-ray dose or turn off irradiation. The processing circuitry generates a parametric image based on a feature amount determined by change in signal strength of each of pixels of a part of the plurality of contrast images sequentially generated before the X-ray generator is controlled based on the result of the determination.
